The Battle Tower guys says it's potential is rather decent (low) and that all of it's stats are equal, and also rather decent (low). Sorry I missread your VM earlier. I thought you meant you made a mistake. I can the Totodile checked again, but the guy who was going to EV it checked and said it was all 0s, then I checked and it has HP Fighting, which is the HP that comes with all 0s.
It's okay. Mistakes happen. It did freak me out a bit when the guy who was going to EV train it first told me. He sounded like he was going to blacklist me because I had incorrect IVs listed.
non c-gear is super easy...you just need to land on a second but c-gear seeds are about the same interms of difficulty. Maybe easier. But the PID is separated from the IVs now.
