Hmmm.... Go catch a Timid HP Grass Zapdos or Shiny adamant Poison Heal Breloom as a Shroomish in a Repeat/Friend/Fast. If Simple is what you want, catch a Mareep in a heal ball with modest nature and HP Grass/Ice or a Level Ball Dugtrio.

The Irwin method is something that not everyone knows. Which is strange as he is easy to use and you can use him pretty early in the game. ^^ -
