    Yep any date or time. remember if your average delay is odd then make sure your target delay is odd. If its even then change the date up or down by 1.

    Now if the delay says an odd number and your average delay is even then change the date by 1 year (2010-2012) and vise versa. You can pick any date you want and click generate.

    Now did you kill off your roamers?

    In the seed to times fucntion click the HGSS box. and there should be a bunch of dates and a delay.

    You need to find a frame with that spread with an encounter slot 0 or 2. That will be on frame 36. That means when you hit your delay you will need to advance your frame too 34 then sweet scent which will advance your frame by 2 and the Nidoran should appear. Some games are different and sweet scenting may only advance your frame by 1 but in most cases it will advance by 2.

    Go to the seed to times function on the right of RNG reporter.

    Great the next step is to open the RNG reporter.

    Where it says Method put it to Method K,
    At the bottom of the Method box it says Synch Nature. Put Timid into that,
    Where it says Seed (Hex) add this seed: 6303039A
    This seed will give you a Pokemon with these IVs: 31|3|31|31|30|31
    (let me know if this is okay)

    Click Generate

    I forget to say, When you save your game in the grass make sure you have the Timid Synchronizer first in your party. It dosent matter what other Pokemon you have in your party. I would bring a Pokemon with Sleep Powder or Spore and a Pokemon with False Swipe to catch it easily and it a cool Pokeball.

    Do you have a timid synchronizer? Like an Abra or Mew with Synchronize ability? And a Pokemon with the move Sweet Scent? You need those.

    I have no idea whats wrong. You need PokeRNG to find IV spreads since it takes forever on the RNG reporter. What do you plan to RNG first? I can find spreads for you.

    Yea just go look at my thread to see there IVs. Download these programs:

    Just go find the download link and follow the intructions I will tell you how to use them when your done. When your finished downloading them I will tell you step by step on what to do next. These programs are HIGHLY recommended.

    Yea if you want. Personally idc about shinyness if I have a cool shiny spread than I will use it and if I dont then It dosent matter to me. If you look on my thread I catch wild Pokemon even if they arent shiny.

    Yea its different, Whats your ID/SID? I can check what spreads you can get. Just tell me the nature you want and I can check.

    They will have crappy IVs though....I can catch shiny Pokemon that can use a calm nature and the best IVs I can catch them with is 31/16/30/30/31/27. You can still catch them but the IVs wont be that great...

    You need RNG abuse it. I cannot help you with that right now since I dont know how to abuse my ID/SID right now...

    Are you trying to know how to capture RNG things? If you want shiny captures you need to have a good ID/SID combo to catch good Pokemon with decent IVs.

    I know you may hate this but I would hatch that egg and start all over. It would be easier for me to help you with the egg IVs. And plus you need to know the IVs of your parents and what parent when into the daycare first. Its not that difficult and im here to guide you through step by step :).
