    Either download the full RNG Tools pack (you get the other two tools in it as well), or download the DLL pack and put all the DLLs into the same folder as PokéRNG.

    Make sure you have False Swipe also so you can get the Pokemon's HP down to 1 and nice suicune :), I havent been able to RNG mine yet :P

    I will give you some advice on catching Pokemon. Use a Kadabra with the ability synchronize and the move Taunt so Pokemon with Roar can't Roar you away lol. Use a Breloom with Spore and False Swipe (Level 100 for maximum damage), This is what you Pokemon you should switch to so you can use Taunt on the Kadabra so you can Spore it and False Swipe it. If your catching legends then Breloom is a great Pokemon to use.

    Another thing Ponyta and Houndour are better with a HP but nonetheless nice job.

    No I dont I released the crap one awhile ago when I bred my Phione's, And Manaphy can only make Phione's not Manaphy's in case you didnt know lol.

    Cause your using RNG reporter its better to download PokeRNG but you said it wont work on your PC... :(

    Oh nice job ;), I have a HP Ground one on my thread. Are you okay on understanding what to do? And also to capture wild Pokemon you can use any spread (As long it has the right encounterm slot) its just for catching wild shinies you need to have a good ID/SID. I only have 2 reasonable good spreads on my game I know about. Thats that Timid spread and a Calm one I used.

    Keep in mind that wondercard nartures are random
    You will have to keep hitting your seed and see if its the desired nature

    Use yhe newpokerng on yhe first page
    Any seed with the desired iv will work for wc pkmn
    What can I say - I have a thing for bulbasaurs. :P Keep up the good work - I wish I had the time/skill to RNG. Arguably I dont even have to time to browse smogon... :(

    Not really :(
    If you are good with a timer tben you can ty toaster plus one timer.
    Toastertimer will allow you get closer to your target delay as long as you are consistent

    Pikatimer will usually put you in a range of your target delay

    The only delay easy to hit will be delays from calibration
