No...you advance 2 calls LESS!. The target frame is 13 with your desired IVs. If you go to frame 15 you miss your target by 2. You can follow the calls on the main RNG reporter winder after you know you hit your seed. Put the seed in the Seed (Hex) Box and switch the Method to Breeding (HG/SS) And follow the calls on there after you know you hit your seed. If you get the first 7 or so calls right then go on the main RNG reporter window and do what I said above.

The NPC is near the entrance to Ilex Forest so you cant see him. And yes it does by the elm calls...The calls match up just because you didnt get the 1st two elm calls correct the following calls still match so you still hit your delay.

You can verify the IVs at the battle tower. Theres a guy near the PC in glasses that will say your Pokemon has outstanding potential. The best stat seems to be HP. Keep doing talking to him tell he says HP,Atk,Def,SpA,SpD,Spe. If he dosent say one of those stats then you dont have a 31 IV on that stat.

Dont worry though you still hit your seed if your calls are ending up like that, Its just the frame advancing by 2 with that moving NPC on the route. After you get all your Elm, Joey calls 1 frame before your target exit the Pokegear and pick up that egg VERY QUICKLY! And you should get those IVs :)

Oh lol the NPC moved which advanced your frame by 2 thats why. K,E are frame 1 and 2 and E,P starts on frame 3-4 . It happended to me the first time I tried to RNG. Make sure you pick up the egg as fast as you can when you advanced your frame. I would aim for a higher frame like 17+ if your frame keeps starting on frame 2 instead of frame 13.

When you find your spread you want you add that seed onto the main RNG reporter window at the space where it says seed (hex) then you look on the frames that have that IV spread and you right click and press the calculate encounter slots then click either the HG encounter slot page or SS encounter slot page and you will be directed to a website that has encounter slots. Look at what place your trying to catch your Pokemon (Route or cave etc.) then go back to the RNG reporter on those frames that have your desired IV spread. Press calculate encounter slots and it should have these:

Sweet Scent Grass|Cave
Sweet Scent Water Etc

it should have a number then go back to the internet page with the encounter slots and it should say which Pokemon will come out on that number and frame.

I see you got your first RNG. You hit the wrong frame which gave you a Nidoran(F) instead of the male one I think...Encounter slots can be a big hassle....but great job! :)

Calling Youngster Joey will advance the frame by 2, so when you hit you seed you can call him to advance to frame 30-31 and use calls to advance the frame to 34.


Joey = 2 frame advancements
Elm = 1 frame advancement

Also if your elm calls are whacky Example: P,P,E,E,K,E,P.P,Kand you got E,E,K,E,P,P,P,E,K
instead that means the NPC moved and advanced the frame by 2.

If you dont hit your seed you need to repeat by reseting the time on your DS and the timer. On the Zomgtimer it says update. if you didnt hit your seed you add the delay you did hit on the update space and press update. it will fix your time.

Remember you need to get to frame 34 and sweet scent tog et to frame 36 if you did hit your seed. when you call elm it advances the frame by 1 so those 9 calls you did your already on frame 9. Theres a few NPCs on that route that may advance it so remember that.

The phone sequences are on the search elm function. when the elm calls match up to what the seed to times says Example: P,P,E,E,K,E,P.P,K then you hit your seed.

Now on the seed to times function press search elm and type in what he talks about.

K - Kanto
P - Pokerus
E - Evolution

Now when your DS is set on the date dont click ok right now. You need to press okay on the DS to change the time and the start button the the timer AT THE SAME TIME! after than quickly get to the DS menu and do NOT start the game.

When the first time end mash A at a comfortable speed (Not to fast or you may miss your delay) and press okay on the game start screen when the second timer ends.
Quickly get to the Pokegear and get to the Phone book and call elm once.

Then set your DS time 1 minute before your target time. for example
Hour|Minute|Second
Target time: 21:05:15
Change time to: 21:04 and the date

Go on the Zomgtimer and put the calibrated seconds and target seconds to 15. put the calibrated delay 490 and target delay (what the seed to times gives you on the date you choose) on the other box.

Make sure you have 15 seconds on little box at the top of the seed to times function.
