  • Regarding your CMT, you can have them all for free through my GTS server. Unfortunately it doesn't work at my dad's so you're going to have to wait until tomorrow.
    It means that you can trade it, and whom ever you trade it to can as well.
    Semi is you can trade, but others cannot.

    It is possible to get mirror coat and haze on feebas. A male milotic with haze already breed into it would go to a move tutor and be taught haze. Then it would breed with a female milotic and the feebas would have haze and mirror coat. Feebas can not learn mirror coat with a move tutor, but its pretty useless in little cup. It's SpA is like 10, but its defenses are decent enough. When it evolves, all it would need is the haze egg move and then mirror coat can be tutored on later.
