It's an AR code. It basically gives verification that you hit your seed, cause after convert the numbers to hex you need to match them to the numbers in the "c-gear seed displayed" column.

Yes, I do. I need an Eevee, a Swampert and a Poochyena cloned. 6 total Eevee back, 4 total Swampert, total 3 Poochyena. You can keep a copy of all of them, and if you could check the IVs of the Swampert, that'd be great.

How'd it fare against Excadrill? Before B/W were released in the US, I saw some YouTube vids about Clay's gym battle. Excadrill sets up a Hone Claws or two before it attacks.
