Possibly. Are you using some sort of anti-piracy bypass feature on your flashcart?
Looking at the Axew, it's not nicknamed. Some ROM patches are odd and cause the nicknamed flag to be checked off for whatever reason. I'm guessing that's what happened. The one on my game that was cloned and traded to you was not nicknamed, nor does it have the nicknamed flag checked off.
I may have nicknamed it. I can trade you an un-nicknamed one later.

I would say have fun, but chores need to be done. Work hard play hard, so spoil yourself after.
I actually don't mind level 100's I was going to pick that one. I like how you can show up to 3 pokemon now for trading.
