Hi again! By the way, can I replace the HP Fire Manaphy to 31/31/31/30/31/31 HP Electric Manaphy instead? It's because HP Fire isn't really needed by Manaphy in Generation V. Where is everyone getting this -1 +1? It's just target frame - 3. Not this complicated formula. If you're not breeding it's target frame -3. Always. Don't even bother with that "starting frame" nonsense. Just target frame -3.
Responding to your post in the 5th gen PRNG help thread,
Turning in place only affects the PID frame. Not the IV frame.
And how are you confirming your seed? If you're confirming it by catching a poke, there's your problem. While in battle, your IV frame advances at a rate of 120 frames per second.
