Yeah that was a major misplay :/ I didn't run speed calculations + I didn't notice the life orb right away. I'm still learning I guess :P
Infact your Starmie was Life orb'd wasn't it? I wouldn't have survived then actually :P and I found it works well initially and invaluable late game during stall wars etc -
