Your DNS in Nintendo WFC settings should be "192.168.1.102". Use that and place it in the "Get IP box thing" -- but don't click get IP. Press start DNS and select the criteria for what you're planning to do with the program, in your case. 5th generation B/W and "receive".
The, go to the GTS deposit any Pokemon and it should appear in file form in the folder that the program came with. "Gen V" folder, I believe.
