Lol like I said you are really really really dumb the community is completely aware of RNGing tournies included. Also they scan your game cart with a machine that checks all that if they have a question about it they will ask you Can you RNG or something more specific about it. I have attened multiple VGC tournies and I have been fine and just so you know VGC is the largest pokemon event ever in terms of tournies
