yeah if it has the wrong iv's then you didn't hit your seed cause of timer 0

just found out 1F has NPC's do it on B1F.
this is how you use rng reporter to find ES
1)ON the main window choose Method 5 PIDRNG
2)then choose encounter type e.g wild/stationary.
3)paste the entire seed in the seed(hex) window
4)click calculate initial PID to find your starting frame
5)click generate and it'll list natures and encounter slots and the frame the pokes are on for you to advance it to get them
yeah you got time, try to see if you can get it in 30 mins. if it doesn't work timer 0 is screwing around
yes, just boot the game at the right time, but you need something recorded with chatter on chatot and you just view it's summary 8 times then use sweet scent
also i just take a prt. screen of the seeds and save it with paint on the comp. so i don't have to keep searching for seeds
your starting PID for that seed is 50 and the timid joltick is on slot 2 with PID 58 so you needed to chatter 8 times to get it
then either your timer 0 is screwing you, post the seed you're using
what did you learn about encounter slots?, each pokemon is on different slots you need to advance the PID to find them with your chatot
i can trade in 40 mins.
try searching slots 0,2,6,8 if you're on pokemon black joltick is on those slots, and advance the PID accordingly to get it.
try doing it on the 1st floor there aren't any NPC's there i think, i got my HP Ice tynamo there, if you can't get it then your timer 0 is fluctuating
which cave are you rng'ing in, NPC's are messing with you if you can't hit your frame
