Hmmm, It's not complicated but you have to work to get it. I've been trying to hit my Seed 2 days to get my timid Litwick which was my first rng abuse on 5th gen.

On C-gear I don't think you can get shinies. On Standard Seed, yes you can but it needs work and I haven't try it yet.
