Try Leftovers or Yache on Garchomp. With Life Orb, Garchomp seems to die a bit too quick with my experience with the team.

If you use Yache on Chomp, you may not need Chople on Tyranitar and can run Leftovers. Yache Berry lets Garchomp bypass a good number of his checks, and I feel Leftovers is a bit more suited for that Tyranitar set.

Or on Tyranitar, you can run Chesto Berry with Crunch/Fire Blast/Stealth Rock/Rest. Basically gives you an extra life, and heals status. :]

Scizor can always Bug Bite, U-Turn, or Bullet Punch. Although you should always live a BP at 100%.

Dragons really dislike Toxic too, and its not like they would appreciate a Scald or a Dragon Tail.

Sub Garchomp would be slightly more troublesome, but you have Skarmory.

You almost always live a Focus Blast regardless, but either spread seems fine.

Try Toxic on Milotic > Ice Beam for the bulky waters. 252HP/240Def/16Spe is also fine on Skarmory.

I like 252HP/128Atk/72SpD/52Spe on Tyranitar with Adamant, and I like Crunch/Fire Blast/Superpower or Stone Edge.

You do not have problems with Gliscor since you run Gengar, Milotic, and LO Garchomp. Earthquake doesn't hit all too much right now that Fire Blast wouldn't. Pursuit isn't needed, as you could be using that turn to Stealth Rock and room must be made.

Crunch is needed with the attack EV's to 2HKO Bold Reuniclus, Fire Blast hits steels, Stone Edge helps with the genies/Salamence, and Superpower hits Tyranitar/Heatran/Terrakion etc hard. The speed EV's outrun most Tyranitar and Scizor, and you have your bulk maximized.

Fire Blast still does enough to everything it needs to with an Adamant nature.
