I hope your vacation is fine. Just make sure to stop laddering once you go onto a losing streak. Make sure to take a break to relax. When you get hax'd, or you lose, it is very easy to get frusterated. If you are angry, you do not play nearly as well.
Sunny Day in my honest opinion isn't very good in a Rain/Sand metagame. Trick Room isn't very good either. Hail isn't as good as Rain/Sand, but viable.
Rain Dance is quite the team, but you probably just need to try something different with it. :<

It is a pretty cool pokemon, although it wouldn't be the first pokemon I would like to use. It all depends on if your team needs it.
Garchomp is definitly uber, although Thunderus is still on the fence about being uber. Everything else is OU.
Mienshao is alright, and you should probably wait until the bans come out before making a new team.

I was wondering if you can do me a big favor. If you can get her almost all the contest ribbons on a Froslass. Like at least Master Conest ribbons on Beauty and Cuteness, whle the rest- 3 ribbons on each category. I would do it myself but I can't find anyone near me to make Poffins. (I don't want to go through the same shit with my Milotic, spinning 2 styluses to make epic Poffins)
