The "Nature" drop down, NOT the "Sync Nature".
Roamer, not wild pokes. It's its own section. Also keep in mind you can't synchronize its nature so if you want a Timid one hope you get lucky in your search.
Under Time Finder go to Capture, Method 5 standard seed, roamers. Min/Max frame 1.
Should you want a shiny frame check off the box and put something like 1000. If you're using an emulator you can go much higher more likely have better results. I went to frame 1824 to get mine.
http://www.smogon.com/forums/showpost.php?p=3560233&postcount=7824 is a decent start. There's some important details after the guide between 2 members here so take note of that. If you're using an emulator you'll have a much easier time since you have save states. My problem for 2 days was my initial frame was 100 over what I thought it was. It's going to be ~510+ for emulators I believe, and 600+ for carts. That's where I wasted a lot of my time.
I'm not even sure myself. =/ When I was checking frames it was fluctuating by like 50 then magically I hit it by accident/luck.
