I run Thunder on Jirachi when I use it on rain teams, for sandstorm body slam would be better. You flinch them and they take iron head damage plus sandstorm damage and maybe even poison damage if you have toxic spikes down. If they are not poisoned then you paralyze them. Either way its pwnage.
I've used it online with Pokemon Battle Revolution and it did pretty well. It's works really well in a sandstorm on with toxic spikes support.
