dude there shinys mew here. there legit RNG but hacked wounder cards if you could turn the event mew shiny someone would have done it already. and yes you can get a shiny mew...
the only mew that can be shiny is old sea map mew. others are shiny blocked i believe so your mew is hacked unless you can check it somehow your going to have to turn mew into a pmk. file and have someone check it since you cant use fake GTS.

how can it be in a cherish ball? O.o the only mew that can be shiny is the japanese event in emerald. and you cant catch it in a cherish ball only pokes balls from emerald...so most likly its a hack.
It has flawless IVs, and yes it is legit. I believe it is from an event, since it's in a cherish ball. I can't tell you exactly, since it's Japanese and I can't read Japanase >=(.
