    I caught it, but it was Female, and Diabolico wants male (I can understand why) so I'm redoing it. Since my seed was during the night there was no way I can find Smeargle in the wild, sooo I'm going to hit my seed and wait for it to turn to day time xD

    That's probably the only way (And since Diabolico wants 31/31/31/x/31/31 I'm limited to 4 seeds, 2 of which are female, and out of those two, 1 only has one frame to hit, which didn't yield Smeargle when I hit it). So, yeah. :P

    Yep. But you'll have to save outside of Lugia's room, because the Pokegear doesn't work there. So save one step away from stepping into Lugia's room, hit your seed, advance to your target frame (Just like with Raikou), go into the room and talk to Lugia.

    If advancing to your target frame gets you on 1 frame away from your target, then advance to 1 before your target. But I think advancing to your target frame works.

    Make sure you have the seed posted in RNG Reporter. Make it Method 1 (I'm not sure if entering your ID/SID will change the frames, but enter those just in case) and generate. You probably already did that :P On the right of RNG Reporter, there's a place to enter IVs, nature, and abilities. Put in the IVs and nature you got and then hit generate and it should give you frames.

    It should. And yeah, I had to use Juggler Irwin too. Let me know if it works! It should.

    If it doesn't, catch the Raikou and see what frame you did hit.

    Oh. Wait, did you save one step before releasing them? I didn't know someone could call you as they're being released. :P

    But if that's the case, do you at least know what frame you hit?
