well, again, i was quoting RD, but i'm not sure anymore. i THINK we are allowed one sub of each substitution. i just remember RD vming me.
edit: maybe it's multi-battle/double battle or more only but i'll change my second sub if that's so.
edit: oh okay i get it now. it's only for the KO Substitution that you are allowed the two substitution thing. disregard this VM lol.
