Well, you can always use that AR code, unless you're strictly against it. You're not hacking the pokemon, just the blocks.

Yeah, you need to place blocks in a certain area for some pokemon to appear. Here is a pretty good explanation. You have to wait for Baoba to call you about them, though. And Idk when that happens :P And what sucks is that some blocks need to be "leveled" up by waiting a certain amount of days, and you can't just change the date, you actually have to wait (Or use an AR code for it, which is what I had to do D:).

Lol, I can trade now, but btw, the LoR Gyarados is a Chained Shiny, so sycnronizers don't effect it. All you do is find an Impish seed with PokeRNG, paste the seed into RNG Reporter and change the method to Chained Shiny Theoretical, and hope that an Impish nature with the IVs you want shows up on one of the frames. That's what I did to get my Jolly LoR Gyara :)

Of course! But it's actually much easier than it seems (In HGSS, that is). All you have to do is save in front of the man that lets you in the SZ, hit your seed, go in the SZ, and do your frame advancements. Fenix54 has a guide to it in his thread, but that's the gist of it. What sucks is that you'll have to hope you get the pokemon you want because there are no encounter slots (So seeds with IVs/natures that repeat on more than one frame are good).
