Well, I prefer Ice Punch on Weavile, and for a few reasons:
-Weavile is already faster than Hydreigon, even if he uses Adamant and Hydreigon uses Timid, and Adamant Life Orb Ice Punch does 76.6%-90.43% to 6 HP Hydreigon. I used Hydreigon because you mentioned him in your post.
-Ice Punch is his strongest Ice-type physical attack, barring slow Avalanche, and Weavile is obviously NOT slow.

This is for Weavile, I didn't quite get if you were talking about Abomasnow or Weavile. For Abomasnow, I guess use Blizzard, since he can abuse it under Hail. Ice Shard is for priority, and I wouldn't use it for any other reason.

You don't want to sav dude, get rid of it.

1. Put your AR into your DS and turn it on.
2. When it's on, pull out your AR and put your game in, it'll say Unknow Game, and it'll give you a code a the top screen. Write that down.
3. Click on the button for entering a new game, give a name and enter the code you wrote down earlier.
4. Search for some codes, and click on the button for adding a code.
5. Assuming your game is still in your DS, pull it out and put your AR back in, so you can save your codes on your AR.
6. Get back to the main menu of the AR, pull it out and put your game in it. Your AR will recognize your game, and you can click on the button for selecting codes.
7. When you've selected your codes, press start.

You should put your AR back in your DS so you can save the codes on your AR
