    Right now I'm level grinding though, my team (Vappy, Ursaring, Houndoom, Electrode) is pretty overleved. I'm not sure whether I should take on either Swellow or Ebuzz - doing both at once is suicide!

    Use an Endeavor tester for Solrock, 121 is the max HP, work up from there if you start to see crappy results.

    As for Electabuzz, you want some sort Atk+ or SpA+ Nature since the point of Follow Me is to get hit with an electric attack. 109 is the starting point of 27+ Spd I think.

    Also, dual target attacks makes the fight to the Shadow easier. Since I use AR, I'm going to Surf (Dewgong) both of Greevil's starters, then at the same turn, Heat Wave/EQ the second set of Pokemon, Greevil always sends out Articuno and Zapdos last, and then I'll send in my capture/testing guys.

    I use VbaLink 1.8 for that, you'll need to get the national dex in order to trade eggs between games.
