I searched a new seed in PokeRNG and got a frame of that =/ also I switched it to 2012 but i still didn't hit my seed =/ so I decided to search another frame and i don't really care if I have to talk to my chikorita 1000 times as long as I get my kyogre lol

Ok thanks! =D Now I'm just trying to hit my stupid seed...My seed is 9e0c027d but I always hit 9e0c027e, I've hit that at least 8 times now -_- and occasionally I hit 9e0c027c...do you have any tips or am I doing something wrong?
Oh so since I'm using a synchronizer my frame would be 3799? That's not so bad =D
I exported it in a txt file and this is what it was
