I use a stopwatch xD. I just find the time on the RNG reporter then use my stopwatch and save state a second before the spread.
The internal battery running dry doesn't affect RNG. It only says that because the computer doesn't have one.
The only thing it really affects is Mirage Island, which you can just use a code to activate it with.

Im really only looking for stuff I can have rights to anymore and I dont see what Tri Attack could do better then T-Wave... Besides obv doing dammage... But still 20% chance to cause status that might not even be Paralyze over 100% Paralyze...
Okay, SS1 has Calm Shiny Lugia. SS1 would like to receive the Togepi. Then, SS2 has the Brave Groudon which you will get after Lugia. Can you trade now?
And, I think you're tired as well? lol. Lugia is 30/X/31/30/31/31 (it's an HP Grass 70 spread).

Groudon actually has a 22 in Special Attack.
And, I can trade... after I finish some projects for Jubilee. If you're still up (and it's pretty dark over there IIRC), I'll probably be able to trade with you. I'll trade both of the Pokes for the Togepi.

Iok personally I think there's about a 50% chance but I don't have real mathematical evidence to back it up just from experience.
ok and sorry about the emerald thing but if you want to go for it that's the only way you'll just have to keep landing on that frame and hoping that it turns out to be split, the same thing happened to me when i did your treecko
