Possible but it requires some testing with different spreads. If your aiming for shininess, try to test out the spreads first. Once you find the seed that wields Pinsir (with Mold Breaker, right?), ID SID abuse, blah, blah. (You get the idea)
EDIT: I used a sweet scent Mew (used mimic glitch) since synchronize gets me more frames to hit, and I didn't want to deal with walking in the grass-hoping to encounter a Pokemon instantly.

Hey can you teach me how to convert and upload pokemon into files on FireRed? Unfortunately I think my save file is corrupt so I can't Pal Park them. So I'm probably gonna make a new one and upload them there.
