I can train faster on gen 4, I have the power items and stuff there. If you want me to train gen 5 pokes could you attach the power items to them? HP, Def, Attack and Speed should be good. I was going to get them from someone else but I haven't been able to trade with them yet. I don't have AR so I have no way to just whip them up.

Trained using Rare Candies, Vitamins, and EV Wings. AR was used for 900 Medicines code.
