The encounter slot is determined by your current frame + 1, while the IVs/nature/etc is determined by your current frame + 3, all PID numbers and calculations taken and done from the Method K values, not the "actual" values.

Pokemon's coding is quite odd. It always does it's mathematics, and if it ever requires a decimal, it takes the number and mathfloors it.
Which basically means. Whenever there is a decimal. Get rid of it without rounding.
