Oh, this is my fault and I didn't realize I needed to disclose it but basically, you know how you have to wait a number of days/weeks of your VBA running to reach those hundred million/billion frames? Well, with a little manipulating using a "cheat", you don't have to wait at all and can reach your destined frame. However it's classified as "RAM/Memory Hacking". The Mew in no shape or form is altered, however the game was manipulated so I don't have to wait 3 weeks to hit my frame.
If you consider the Mew hacked I can fully refund your Arceus' and delete them off my PC/game.

Battle Tower Glitch is safe as long as you execute it correctly. I recommend Pal Parking Togepi to see if it's Ability will change or not before Tutoring it.

Oh it's not hard. Just upload your save file on PokeSav (4th gen), click "save" beside the pokemon you want to save and done, it's a pkmn file now. But don't worry about it it's not a big deal, if you want to send it a save file that works too.
