Even there is was sorta difficult to get it exactly (a lot of characters look very similar to me) and the screen where you actually choose the name in-game is a little smaller... I'll have to send you a screenshot of the name when I start doing the project ok?

Too late for that. I've already been advancing the frames for 4 days or so and I'm only approaching halfway done now (177 million frames take a long time). Plus I don't have a clue about the Japanese language. If you want that Quiet Kyogre spread that I mentioned in Sapphire let me know the exact characters you want for the OT alright?

Huh... looks like I could get you a Quiet 31/3/29/31/31/0 Kyogre fairly easily... IMO the Ruby/Sapphire weather legends are best with a speed reducing nature because they come at level 45. For using it in the VGC someone could use one of them at level 49 to be always be slower than the lv 50 ones from HG/SS, which ensures that you get your weather. That is the only unique thing that those legends offer from 3rd gen that is competitively viable.

I have to finish my current project though, which will take uh... maybe a week? Idk. The Kyogre shouldn't even take half a day though. That is if I can find warp codes for JP Sapphire.

Well... I could get one in JP Emerald instead of Sapphire as I already planned on doing that but I can't change the OT now. I'll take a look to see if I can get a good one fairly quickly in Sapphire but no promises. I won't be able to leave the emulator running all day any more in about a week and a half so I'll have to take a break for emu RNG.

Well if the starting seed is always the same what you can get is always going to be the same given the same amount of frame advances. The Real Time clock makes the starting seed always different.

Whoops. Yeah you can. You may want to enable the real time clock then so you don't always get the same stuff.

Follow the guide for Emerald except the starting seed is 5A0. Make sure the Real Time clock is disabled.
