    Hey I guess I'll reply here since I couldn't find a way on your profile, you have 6 pokemon for subbing, however live tournaments are never best of three and allow team changing between rules so in theory its a team of 6, but you can use whatever 4 pokemon every battle.

    Anyways, I wanted to ask you a question regarding VGC. For VGC, is a team 6 Pokemon (taking 4 into a battle and leaving 2 on the bench) or just 4 same Pokemon? And is the Live Tourney the same way?

    I recently took interest on the VGC meta. Thanks.
