Hey, I've read your post regarding pelipper and I won't post this in the topic because I'm pretty sure lots of people will just come and scream "outclassed" (even though they've never used one, obviously). Some things that make pelipper different from those other toxic stallers mentioned in the topic: typing (of course), sky drop, which is pretty good with toxic even with pelliper's low attack, roost (when compared to other water types) and one of the most interesting attacks for a toxic staller: soak. Being able to toxic everything is just awesome and few pokemon get it. Anyway, in my opinion it is a viable member in a stall rain team, it is sad to see how some people will discard some options without even trying them just because they are not OU and/or don't have godly base stats.
