OK. Try closing RNG Reporter and then opening it again. There is a bug in the program that causes it not to recognize your SID when you first enter it. As long as you're sure you have the right SID, that should fix it. I can almost guarantee you that is your problem.

With those parents I wouldn't have though you'd need an everstone. It surprises me its giving you that much trouble. :/ /i'm glad you got the Dittos to make it work though. :)

If you're looking in the shiny egg finder, what ivs do your parents have?
31/O/31/30/31/31 I would only search for three to four of those ivs and then just find a PID frame that passed down the right ones. Your egg only gets three ivs from the actual seed anyway.

It is never necessary but if you have an international parent, it will change the PIDRNG a bit and give you a lot more shiny frames. It's there more as an extra feature than a necessity.
