Yeah debug mode is much slower than normal mode but thankfully the save states are compatible between normal and debug modes (wait until the Nintendo screen or else the emu will crash/fail to load the state).
Have you looked at this post yet? Those are some useful memory locations. This post has the structure of the pokemon.
Beats me. You have to use RNG researcher and an excel document while knowing how the RNG results are used to create a pokemon. I don't know where to start though.
Edit: Oh and for the starting seed just copy the current seed in the memory. Kaphotics wants to keep his tool to a select few because it can be used to hack XD pokemon. I can't blame him for that.

You need to click on the value at the memory address you're looking at to update it I believe.
I'm going to try soon. I don't know how the frames advance before a battle though. It seemed to be 146 RNG calls/frame but that might be because of the location that I was in. And Dolphin in debug mode runs far slower than in normal mode but the save states are compatible between the two modes as long as you follow this video.
