hey can you and the other UU QC members come to a consensus on Alakazam? I've had opinions pretty much split as to whether or not Alakazam should have more than one set, and most if not all of those sets I put up were AT LEAST heavily influenced by my conversations with JabbaTheGriffin.

I've just been lurking some of your recent RMT's and somethings been bugging me.
What does 16 Spe Donphan outspeed? Is it just speed creeping other base 50's? For -ve natured base 55's and 60's?
Am I missing something?
