Actually I rather have the iv's for the defense to be 30 or 31. Unless if I could make an exception. Cause I'm trying to get a timid fire hp deoxys with the first moveset on this link: http://www.smogon.com/bw/pokemon/deoxys-s

You can do whatever is easier for you. I really don't mind if the deoxys is from Oblivia. It really doesn't matter to me if the deoxys from the 3rd gen or from oblivia. As long as it's a timid deoxys with 70 fire hp. That's fine with me. You can get it from Oblivia or from the 3rd gen or which ever is easier for you. ;)
So, you can still get random shinies without the help of ID abuse?
Oh... Well..... I'm trying to find someone who can rng abuse a timid deoxys with fire hp. But thanks though. Unless if you really don't mind doing it. But you don't have to. I'm really in no rush.

Wait Shii, in order to get shinies, do you have to follow only the frame, or abuse your ID too?
I use Winchu's pokerng the old version it's the best for emerald spreads. And use save states so you won't miss your frame. And rsedecode to check the ivs so you can find on which frame you are on!
There is a frame around 100 mil which is flawless if you want to try that:)

Its okay, I don't want to see people saying "Oh my god!!!! I missed my freakin frame!"
An advice: before you go to sleep, make sure you save an extra save state (F2 for example) that way, in case you mess up, you can start on the other save state and no harm feelings!
I've always thought of that, but rofl, what if you kept it on and when you woke up, it already passed the frame? xD!

Yes, I checked some 3rd gen guides, which they provide with seeds and stuff, and my god when I saw "Timid" section 4,000,000 frame #, omg, that could take months.
