Last question - how do you know that the seed location is 03005D80? (I assume it's always at that location, not just this particular time)

Here's a picture of what I'm doing. 002758C4 is the seed for frame 12004 (the IVs for Deoxys are generated on frame 12005). B6E6808A is the seed for frame 658467362, which is 1 before my target frame of 658467363.
When I replace the "00000000" at 002758C4 in the memory viewer with B6E6808A, click close, and unpause the emulator, the frame doesn't jump to 658467363 and I still encounter the pokemon with the IV spread at frame 12005. What am I doing wrong?

Hey Tombstoner, just a question: With regards to Lunatone, if I beat the Peon then lose to Snattle, will I have to fight the Peon again if I go back to Phenac Stadium?
Ah, ok. I have the script and my desired seed (for 1 frame before my target) already, kind of just made the question unclear. You gave me the information I needed in your answer, though.
One more question - how do I actually type my desired seed over the current one in the Memory Viewer?, Like, can you please thoroughly explain that part? =)

If it's not too much trouble, can you please thoroughly explain steps #4 and #6? As I told you a few months ago, I know how 3rd gen RNG works and have bred many flawless/shiny pokemon. I just don't really understand what you're saying in those two steps.

(facepalm) omg wow, everytime when I press "F1" and stop the frames, and hitting it over and over again, the IVs change. ok then thanks.
