In my mind, it's the same as using a non legit Wonder Card. The pokemon is legit, the method of obtaining it is mildly questionable. Regardless, it's only for aesthetics. I'd never, ever use the Mew. I just want it for collecting purposes.

When I go to game, I check if I hit my seed with roamers. Then I run to grass, and start calling to elm. But I check all possible frames around me, but I can't find my current frame. I then catch pokemon with ss and frame isn't something it can be. (like I did ss after probaply frame 30, and got frame 6 wurmple.) And I have done lots of RNG in SoulSilver, so it probaply isn't any newb mistake. Thanks if you can help me.

Yes, but keep in mind that it's the hardest to reset in theory. Remember that you don't have the Snag Machine when you first see it (and you have to faint it!), go through Snagem's Hideout, and wait again for Miror B.
Haha, I guess that is a lot simpler. But how do you check your seed without screwing the frame too much? Wild battles advance the RNG twice as fast and NPCs also consume frames.
Oh, so you aren't going after a single target spread, but rather the best spread you can find on a seed in the near future? I tried doing that at first, but then realized that it was too much effort for only a little gain, so I just went ahead and targeted a flawless spread.
But if you're actually able to target seeds, that means you know all there is to know about converting the seed to time and time to seed right?
Thanks for the heads-up, but Fenix confirmed me he only used Ram Hack on some of them. The ones he did use Ram Hack are on my second NFT post (Birch's Treecko, Birch's Swampy and a few others). If I record correctly, he only use Ram Hack for captures, not for breeds.
