Arsenal Seasonal Late Season Destruction? Usually around this time.

Arsenal only have 2 remaining opponents in the top half of the table: Chelsea and Manchester City. I don't see late destruction as a possibility.

Concacaf started. And Cuba got raped by U.S.A. 6-0? Holy Shit. In other news I actually see Honduras with a chance; Najar presents a solid goalkeeper. That comforts our nervousness. Fan favorites?

1. U.S.A
2. Canada
3. Mexico
4. Honduras

I hope you know that this is Olympic Qualifiers, not World Cup, and that only the top 2 teams advance to the Olympics..

LONDON DERBY TIME! Encouraging to see Terry starting the game.Too bad Ivanovic got injured;Bosingwa is very frail defensively and I doubt he can handle Bale.Sturridge should've started vs City so i'm happy to see him start too.Predicting Drogba to pull us through :D

I saw someone walking around in a Man City shirt in our local shopping center for the very first time. HAHAHAHA I just wanted to point and laugh.

@Darkaxis: Does Honduras have a young keeper that plays at Fulham? I vaguely remember Fulham fielding a very young keeper in the Europa League this season who did really well.

edit: Alex Song defensive midfield assist machine!

Poor Mata should've scored from that fucking free kick.He has hit the post like three times this season. Also goodbye CL for next season unless Spurs fuck up two games but thats unlikely to happen since their remaining fixtures aren't that hard.

season's a complete write-off now, we're struggling to even maintain a mid-table position. best we can probably do is salvage 7th and attempt to win the FA Cup to otherwise add something to what has been an absolute fucking shambolic farce of a season.

kenny has absolutely got to go. If Roy had been in this exact same position (Winning the CC, semis of FA Cup, struggling to maintain 7th place), nearly every liverpool fan would have wanted his head. Dalglish might have had his success in the past, but in this day and age, he's completely fucking out of it.

I think there's still everything to play for for Chelsea and maybe even Newcastle. If Arsenal lose 2 games then it's back to square one again, even more so for Tottenham so Chelsea just need to win every game from now on and keep the pressure up.

From an Arsenal perspective, these last few weeks have been amazing. Today Villa had 3 shots compared to Arsenal's 20. Same thing last week where Everton only had 1 shot on target. Despite losing Fabregas and Nasri the midfield is more dominant than ever and much more solid too with Walcott putting in much more of a shift since Ox was brought in. Wenger is rotating his wingers a lot now with Gervinho, Ox, Ramsey and Benayoun all getting starts in important matches and they've all done well. I hope Podolski and Wilshere will be added to the mix in the summer along with another top central defender, and I hope Van Persie will stay cos he loves Wenger. The amount of players coming back from injuries and loans is insane too: Diaby, Coquelin, Miyaichi, Frimpong, Jenkinson, Lansbury; and the young ones Afobe, Yennaris, Aneke, Watt, Campbell, Eastmond, Wellington... Then there's Arshavin, Bendtner, Chamakh, Park, Squillacci, Vela, and Denilson. There will need to be a clearout again this summer. Knowing Wenger he probably won't sign anyone, will sell RVP and just play the teenagers who becomes new heroes but ultimately falls short of lifting a trophy and leaves Arsenal when they reach 24... But we can still hope.

We don't seem to be seeing much of Nosferalto these days. Can't imagine why?

Liverpool's new objective for the season: finish above Everton and Swansea.

Arsenal are in amazing form, this is looking good. Let's see if they can keep it up going into next season.

lol liverpool

@NoLuckInvolved Not sure if it's Fullham we're talking about. Tottenham introduced Wilson Palacios a young honduran player, who is now in Stoke City Part of the Palacios brothers who play in the World Cup team. Wigan has Maynor Figueroa. Oh I know! This kid, umm Bryan Ruiz! Nah he is from Costa Rica. He plays very good.

goal of the season from peter crouch

What an ideal week for Arsenal. Fucking right.

A win, a draw, and a loss for the lulz.

Arteta with a wonderful FK goal.

Crouch.. i have no idea where you got the balls and the confidence.. but shit.. incredible shot.

We will never see Torres try something like that.. not anymore. Shame too.

that's pretty much it, you know your team's complete shit when they're nearly as close to the relegation zone as they are from the champions league spots.

We won for Muamba. Biggest crowd of the season, atmosphere was best I've ever seen/heard it. I got to hold up a white piece of the mosaic, near the number 6.

3 headed goals. 2 from chin's head (David Wheater's chin is huge), both poorly defended by Blackburn though. As was their goal, from a long-throw, we let them have too much time. It was really nervy in the last ten minutes as they were pushing us a lot and spurned some good chances. However, before that we were guilty of missing some opportunities too, but we held out and won it for Fabrice. Get well soon.

level with chelsea <3

or is it just another example of Liverpool fans having unrealistic expectations of their club? do you really think that you, with your current squad, should be above either Manchester club, Spurs, Arsenal or Chelsea? Perhaps you should be above us but nobody could have predicted what we've done this season. I think 7th place with a Carling Cup win under your belt should class as a great season - Liverpool have long since lost that god-given entitlement to finish in the top 4 and I expect it'll be a very long time before they ever get it back.
