We've done so badly against Chelsea and City the last few years we're due a victory, hopefully a crushing victory! I for one will not be bothered one bit if City decide to play 4-4-2 against us, they could do it against Spurs but not against Wenger's basically 5 man central midfield. My only worry is this is traditionally the time we do badly and Arsene 'no rotation' Wenger will be fielding a tired team against 2 billionaire teams with the deepest squads in Europe. Good thing is Drogba is out of the picture at Chelsea so we might have a chance!

In the last 6 Home games in the league they have 26 scored 2 conceded and played against United and Spurs, although I agree that today's result was slightly inflated by how crap Spurs were. Wonder how much more gel they'll need lol..

Yeah I hope we get a result at Chelsea and City. I hate losing to the former in particular. Also No Luck Involved, we haven't really had the luxury to rotate in previous years. Hopefully this year we can with Walcott back and AOC and Poldi on the horizon.

I disagree with a couple.
Schalke to win
Celtic and milan will be even.
Also I kind of want Arsenal to lose to make it a hell of a last match day.

Hope chelsea plays that 4-3-3 system again with mikel in front of the back four. Oscar instead of Lampard and Schurrle out wide.
 
If we draw or lose to this marseille team idk if we deserve to go in...

It wasn't even supposed to be a penalty in the first place, and Arsenal in general have been terrible in the final third.

oh... and Ajax are up two with Barca not even getting one shot on target lol.

It was on the line I think but yeah it was a pretty bad penalty and we have been sloppy. Ramsey and Ozil had some pretty clear chances already.

well chelsea are getting rekt, lucky its still tied tbh... what is it that they cant beat basel???

wish i could be watching some of the other games, why is this the game we get on tv here not dortmund napoli :(
 
Why the fuck did Mourinho start with Willian instead of Hazard ? He was terrible and Eto's injury did not help. We still qualify though, phew...And Dortmund's victory over Napoli has made things really interesting. But I still think that Arsenal and Napoli will go through.
 
I will watch the match later but after seeing the match stats I think we didn't deserve to get anything out of this game.
2 shots in total and nothing on target. Absolutely pathetic, but we are in the last 16.

Dortmund vs Napoli was a hell of a game. Higuain really should've scored and then dortmund scored immediately afterwards.
I just want Dortmund to go through.
Arsenal vs Napoli will be an amazing game.
 
Kept flicking from game to game. Watched everything basically but mostly matches from arsenal's group

Wilshere MOTM for me in the Arsenal vs Marseille game. Him and Ramsey are absolute jewels. Ozil has been massively overrated since his transfer.

Napoli vs Dortmund was awesome though a draw would have been a fairer reflection of the match. Sebastian Kehl is just hopeless, he should have been off for excessive fouling. Reina was excellent. If we qualify for the CL, we should keep him along with Mignolet.
 
I think Monreal was the best performer v Marseille despite the goals of Wilshere. Really made a case for himself. Also we were really sloppy, really shouldve been 4 or 5.
Idk what is with ozil but I guess he'll come to soon.

I was hoping for Napoli to get some kind of result but looks like the last day will be a cracker. BvB has all but won so our game will be where it's at. It'll be crazy if Napoli win and someone goes out at 12

Ozil will have a tough time if no one and a mean no one made any runs in behind the back four of Marseille. With Real he had , Benzema, Di maria and even Khedira. With Germany He has Reus/whoever plays on the left, klose and muller running behind the back four.

The second goal was created with the run behind from him and assisted wilshere. Other than that the arsenal players were just running along the line and barely made any run behind the defense( that is when the marseille line was high).

On another note I hope Ajax beat Milan. They are just much better than milan.

Draw against Napoli and Arsenal'll be top. I'm more worried about it being before City away i think though, so Idk how much rotation we'll get.
