Let's actually do the encouraged thing and talk about Dracovish.
In my opinion Dracovish is not broken at all, and would fit in well in the metagame.
There is so much priority spam going on in doubles, by that I don't mean aqua jet, but follow me, ally switch, rage powder, etc., and those all completely ruin Dravovish. It's also extremely restricted in the sets it can run as to do any serious damage not outclassed by other water types it needs to be either choice scarf or be ran with tailwind support. Since you can easily tell if the other mon is a tailwind mon, it's usually very easy to accurately predict the Dracovish set.
Additionally, Gastrodon as well as Rage Powder Amoongus, who are both very solid pokemon on their own, each completely invalidate Dracovish, meaning not losing to it is not a hard task without much restriction to teambuilding since many pokemon appreciate the support from Amoongus and Gastrodon, and if you have a team so offensive you don't want to fit such a slow mon on there you'll usually be fine anyway because you can just out-speedcontrol the dracovish team.
Will it change the meta? Yes, but in my opinion for the better. Dracovish discourages stall as well as other strategies precieved as "annoying", such as jailmew, which would make playing 2v2 more fun.

Edit: I forgot to add that during the Suspect Dracovish didn't see overwhelming usage, which, while not an accurate indicator, does point to the fact that it would not be overcentralising.

I am very inclined to agree with this. When I was laddering reqs using vish i found it very lackluster due to priority spam like fake out and follow me, and even when using it with a tailwind mon, your opponent can predict the likely target of a fishious rend and protect whilst attacking on the other mon. Therefore I feel like vish isnt even that strong even on rain as it doesnt get any sort of speed boost from the rain due to an ability like swift swim so it requires either a scarf which makes it kinda weak (even more so to follow me) or tailwind support which i dont believe any rain setter other than pelipper has, which is a slow mon so makes it difficult to abuse rend. Overall, I feel vish really isnt great in a meta where follow me and ally switch are really good, fake out is everywhere, and extra speed from sand/rain/sun abilities are also everywhere. I make my case for a Vish unban :)

As a newcomer, the meta seems to devolve a lot into rock-paper-scissors mu's, which Vish doesnt directly support. Seems pretty balanced to me

Decided I might as well add my own opinions over Dracovish's place in the 2v2 meta ~~even tho i still haven't gotten reqs for the vote~~

Right now the ladder meta has shifted from Sun and not dying to the unfun trio of mew, sableye, and whimsicott to Terrain shenanigans and people using round. The most notable example of a very solid Terrain team is Indeedee-F with Alakazam. Gamefreak introduced several new moves to the game and somehow they figured making a move that doubles in base power, hit both targets on the terrain that already boosts the attack by 30% was an okay idea. Expanding force makes Indeedee, an already great pokemon, into a better one by giving its partner or itself the ability to hit really hard with the funny spread psychic move. The meta has kind of moved into trying to make a team that doesn't die to getting blasted by a expanding force from Alakazam while also being able to kill in return and deal with other team compositions such as weather. Dracovish is put into a really awkward spot cause it kinda just doesn't win against psyspam. When a Pokemon fails to do even decently well against a team composition that kinda dominates the meta, you can't exactly call it broken or ban worthy. Dracovish doesn't exactly offer that much to the table either when compared to other water type pokemon such as Kingdra and Urshifu which are able to beat psyspam in some way all though having to use specific sets and partners. Dracovish additionally, is somewhat restricted to being place on a Tailwind team to allow it to run an attack boosting item such as a Life Orb or Choice Band or it uses scarf and I don't really know if using scarf frees up team building that much. What Dracovish does well is kill Incineroar and Sand teams so that's something good about it. :)

Alright, no hard feelings, here we go.

Torracat B -> C-/UR
Torracat is just bad, there is hardly reason to ever use it over Incineroar, especially in the current meta.
Yes it's fast but its offensive stats are significantly worse to the point where it just doesn't do enough damage, being completely unable to touch threats such as Goodra and Dracovish (assuming that gets unbanned), and not even doing enough damage to frail pokemon such as Mienshao.
Losing the dark type is terrible in a metagame where psyspam (indeedee + alakazam spamming expanding force) is everywhere and dark types are the best way to deal with that.
Torracat's defenses are also much worse then incineroar and while it can run eviolite to somewhat patch those up that deprives it of any item variety.

Overall, torracat is a weak, either frail or linear, non dark type incineroar, with its only niche being a decent but not incredible 90 spe.

I do not know how broken this dracovish is because I did not find it in battle, xd, but I did use it and I enjoyed it as you can not imagine.

use the team of pqs just change magearna for dracovish and it was excellent. It's good, but I don't think it deserves a ban.

Mantine: UR -> Tier 2.5:

Mantine still does the exact same thing it did before the dlc, which is provide speedy Hurricanes and Hydro Pumps when used in rain. Now that Kingdra, with its better SpA and speed fills that role, Mantine might seem overall worse, however, here are the things Mantine provides over Kingdra, that justify putting it in the same tier:
1. STAB on Hurricane (arguably better then Dragon stab), which allows mantine OHKO some flying weak pokemon Kingdra can't, for example:
252+ SpA Life Orb Mantine Hurricane vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Hitmontop: 338-400 (111.5 - 132%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ SpA Life Orb Kingdra Hurricane vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Hitmontop: 252-299 (83.1 - 98.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ SpA Life Orb Mantine Hurricane vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Venusaur: 369-437 (122.5 - 145.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ SpA Life Orb Kingdra Hurricane vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Venusaur: 276-325 (91.6 - 107.9%) -- 50% chance to OHKO
2. A different typing, which means that yes it isn't usable with Pelipper, but it can instead be used on manual / Politoed rain teams together with the powerful Dracovish, which would have a nasty type overlap with Kingdra. It's typing also gives it a better matchup against the likes of Whimsicott.
3. A better Special Defense stat, allowing it to better deal with the popular archetype Psyspam, without requiring helping hand support and the usage of Surf:
252 SpA Life Orb Alakazam Expanding Force (120 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Mantine in Psychic Terrain: 188-224 (60.4 - 72%) -- guaranteed 2HKO (helping hand is out of the question because mantine OHKOs alakazam with Hydro Pump: 252+ SpA Life Orb Mantine Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Alakazam-Mega in Rain: 266-316 (105.9 - 125.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO)
252 SpA Life Orb Alakazam Expanding Force (120 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Kingdra in Psychic Terrain: 265-313 (91 - 107.5%) -- 43.8% chance to OHKO

For those reasons, Mantine is also "very potent on a specific archetype", that being non-pelipper Rain, and has a clear niche and reasons to be used over the presumed overall superior Kingdra.

Anyway, here goes
Weezing-G: UR -> Tier 2/High Tier 3
Weez is a really splashable mon. The main reason to use Weez, and the only reason I'm nomming it this high, is Neutralising Gas. What this does is negate every other ability on the field (except for form change abilities like Aegislash and Mimikyu). What this means is that Weez is amazing at enabling your other mon to play the game. Weezing with pretty much any teammate beats: Electric terrain, Grassy terrain, Sun and Rain and with a proper teammate it also beats Sand. It also disables abilities like Intimidate for a pokemon like either darmanitan form just for an example. It also disables shenanigans like round with pixilate/liquid voice from Sylveon/Primarina respectively and prankster from pokemon such as Sableye/Whimsicott for its teammate to deal with. I feel like for the reasons I've listed above, Weez is 'Pokemon that are generally strong and can easily be placed on a variety of teams, but don't have the same level of prowess as the threats in Tier 1 and 1.5' so I'm suggesting putting it in Tier 2
Any feedback would be helpful. Sets I think are pretty decent: Specs, Lorb can probably work, Sitrus for a bulkier set but it probably needs the power

Nominating funny computer duck porygon2 for VR cause no one has nommed it yet and Mubs really wanted me to make one of these.
Porygon2 can use eviolite and has Trick Room so its like Dusclops but its normal and has recovery. Additionally, you got Thunder Wave, boltbeam, and Icy wind so its a pretty good support mon as well.
Imho put it at like tier 3 maybe 2.5 with Oranguru. Its good on certain teams like TR and outside of TR its pretty ok.

(also quick side note but mantine isn't a 2.5 mon Vrji <3)

Mienshsao to 2
The king is dead, long live the king. Rip Sawk's reason to exist, Mienshsao is faster, has fake out, better support options like quick guard and wide guard and is every bit as strong. Incin is everywhere and Mienshsao feasts on it like little else despite the surge of chople incin for psyspam. It's the second best fake out user in the tier in my opinion and with it's intimidate immunity, it's also a scary attacker in its own right.

P2 to 2.5
Basically agree with what tkt said, very good support mon both with trick room and without, it's bulk is incredible and it's capable of offering more longevity and damage than other tr setters. It's less that p2 has one distinct thing to set it apart like guru's instruct, more that nothing else can offer all of the things p2 can. Here's a good set myself and Krytocon (~~mainly him tbh)~~ whipped up.

Not going as in depth this time, prim is just a strong attacker with a nice typing that lets it get good mus vs a lot of the meta like Incin and Vish. It can run a few sets and items to good effect such as lo, vest and mystic water. It's got it's flaws but in my opinion it's better than the rest of tier 5.

:Magnezone:

Mag to 5
Zone has some nice traits that let it do decent in this meta. I find it to be a good glue, shoring up mus vs rain, psyspam and sand as well as providing nice speed control and just being a very strong special attacker. Obviously not the cream of the crop but worthy of being on the VR.

This team's idea is to just be boring and meta.
The combination of Indeedee-F's psychic surge and Alakazam's strong Expanding Force, also nicknamed Psyspam, is one of the most dangerous cores in the current meta, being able to overrun any team lacking a good dark type or strong special wall.
Incineroar is the other S rank besides Indeedee-F and supports the above two well, giving intimidate support to the two rather physically frail mons, as well as being able to remove some annoying special walls (especially chansey thanks to knock off), and greatly helping the sun matchup. It also eases the mirror match against Psyspam.
Primarina is a very good and necessary glue mon, being one of the best answers to opposing Incineroar and also beating the wide guard fighting types Mienshao and Hitmontop, which otherwise give the team a lot of trouble. Note that Hyper Voice doesn't OHKO specially bulky incineroar, but Hydro Pump does. Primarina is also a very necessary counter to Kingdra rain, and puts the pressure to deal with Dracovish off of Indeedee-F.
