DugZa  vs  XxSevagxX - Fact 1: XxSevagxX and I seldom sign up at the same time for a tour. Fact 2: When I get eliminated early in a tour, XxSevagxX ranks highly in it. And vice versa. Conclusion: XxSevagxX and Nihilslave are the same person. Period.
 
predictions based on my limited knowledge

in the hills vs Dead by Daylight - ITH has the advantage on playing skill, afaik neither has extensive time in the tier.
damflame 3 vs beauts - mostly based on tier knowledge, haven't personally seen damflame play but i've heard good things.
martinvtran vs willdbeast - will is washed, but it'll be in there somewhere
FireRed2005 vs cityscapes - city's the best player so this is sort of a given, but zap cannon accuracy's gotta catch up at some point ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
quojova vs Quantum Tesseract - this is very close. Both have similar playing skill but quo's meta knowledge is slightly better.
Career Ended vs Redflix - this one i'm not really sure on. Both have similar playing skill and meta knowledge, but I give Career the advantage due to being significantly less predictable.
Zuccati vs Onyx Onix 7 - if you load into an Onyx team that you've never seen before, chances are you will not be enjoying the video game. The variation in which Onyx builds also makes prepping for the team-style much harder.
TectonicDestroyer vs TTTech - afaik tect has never played BH. tech's only throws are in the builder and this doesn't seem like it'll be a massive issue here.
lepton vs SlightlyAngryKevin - knows the tier better, reliable defensive cores which can be difficult to break. also has 90 million % crit rate for some reason.
Ducky vs zioziotrip - was on MonoBH council for a while so they're in the know. other than that fact, however, i'm not (on either player).
DugZa vs XxSevagxX - as far as I can see, DugZa only plays standard tiers, meaning that even if they have the better playing skill they might still just lose on Sev's knowledge alone.
