No, Raichu is not at all usable in the OU tier and finds itself highly outclassed by the likes of Jolteon and Thundurus.

Well you no best but when we start doing UU/NU can i have Raichu please
This is not the place to reserve NU analyses, we'll deal with that when we actually start writing analyses for NU Pokemon.
Just as promised, Sharpedo has been (Done) in a flash!
In other news, I need some priority for one more GP Check (Togekiss) and Quality Control approvals (Kingdra).
EDIT: As a side note, the Parasect analysis has not been updated in a month and a half, and the OP of the analysis seems to be inactive (large periods between April and May).

HUZZAH WE HAVE OFFICIALLY HIT 100 FINISHED OU ANALYSES.
That's a pretty impressive total, even granted that we haven't finished yet, and I'll admit that I'd never have expected that many to be done before the B/W site upgrade was live. It just goes to show the potential of the C&C system and, more to the point, what can be accomplished with all the enthusiasm, tenacity, and community input that has been seen over the past few weeks, even in a busy time like this, and dare I say it ever since we started writing these analyses.
Good on you, all of you.
I'd say more/be more eloquent, but I only have 2 hours to revise now so that's all
