Oh my god. To start, i like your twist on Nuzlocke, its a lot more serious than the previous ones (not that being funny is a bad thing, but its nice to see you mix things up) V.o.R makes Red a lot more interesting too and the art is top notch.

I have no right to say this, but I would love it if you continued this series, its really damn good. If you do continue, I can't wait to see how you handle "Pokemon deaths"
 
Excellent cliffhanger ending, I'm really digging how you're doing these comics man! The explanation of one capture a route is also really interesting. Keep cranking these things out because we all love them! :toast:
 
Okay, I already said some things but one thing I really like is how you are dealing with dialogue. Really liking non silent but non blabbermouth Red. He does just a little encouragement just like the in-battle dialogue but other than that he isn't having conversations (one sided or two sided, either way) with his Pokemon.

Not saying he shouldn't ever talk to them like that, but if you don't do it now it could be a big deal when he does it later or however you decide to deal with it!

re: speech with mons, idk honestly, i am still a little undecided, but whilst i was undecided i guess i made ch2 and it just sort of happened that way sooo

hey you know that one panel where the kids are talking about weedle's poison sting, then red's all like "GOT IT"
that second bit of dialogue isn't really necessary; you sort of get the idea that he's listening from the panel itself

if you had removed it, the whole flashback sequence might have had a bit more weight to it, because it wasn't so obviously set up

also yeah the art is p. terrible but you already know that
no big deal; doing your normal quality of work consistently through a large comic would be a lot of work
