I want to claim platinum for the Guts Achievement and silver for the Knowledge Achievement. I'll post here some screenshots of proof as well as the team that I used on the ladder.

I literally put together a team with three BL mons recently and thought this was a good way to test it.

I'm sorry but as mentionned in the OP, you must use an account created after December 11, 2023 for the current season.

FOR SEASON TWO, ACCOUNTS MUST BE STARTED ON OR AFTER DEC 11, 2023, NO EXCEPTIONS!

I'm gonna need at least the replay of your battle to reach 1650 with this team, otherwise I can't know if you really used that team or not during your climb.

Well that was annoying. But I downloaded and compiled every single replay on that account to prove I've achieved the Platinum Guts and Silver Knowledge. In the zip file is the HTML links for each replay. The folders are titled by ELO range and each HTML file is titled based on what my ELO was starting that battle and what my ELO was after it finished. I've also included all of the losses during the climb.

There is one replay I forgot to save when I had just started the climb in the 1000 - 1100 ELO folder but you can clearly see I've been using the same team. However, I will disclose that I had forgotten one replay I had using a different team, but that team was literally comprised of all BL mons, so I'd imagine that still counts.

Next time I decide to do these challenges I'll make sure to just have everything public.

Claiming platinum guts again for season 2 this time. Took me an embarrassing amount of games tbh, was within 10 points a few times but finally actually made it.

I didn’t want to use Ninjask/Marowak cause imo that isn’t really in the spirit of the challenge but it was very tempting after falling from 1640 for the 4th time lol.

Plat spirits for season 2, did it in under 100 games. I tried out a lot of types cause I wanted to use different types for each 100 elo ranges.

For 1000-1100 I used rock which actually was better than I thought it would be so I also used it a bit till 1200. Having sand and spikes plus full team sand immunity was nice.

1100-1200 I used rock and fire, and man fire is awful. Insta loss to DD Tar unless you have blaziken already out. Honestly the only saving grace for fire mono is you can run blaziken as a reversal sweeper.

1200-1300 I used Flying, which was actually way worse than I thought it would be. I figured with 6 ou mons and spikes immunity it would’ve been ok but playing around Zapdos and DD Tar was miserable.

1300-1400 I used fighting which conversely was much better than I thought it would be. Even worse mons like machamp hit like a truck. That said you literally get 6-0’d by banded Mence with the only way to survive the hit being focus band lmao. DD Mence also easily sweeps but a lot of people didn’t realize I was mono fighting and let me kill it before they used DD.

1400-1500 I used Water which is what I used for season 1. Water is for sure a top 2 mono with only maybe Psychic being better. Access to spikes, rain, being able to have swampert and ludicolo to cover water’s only 2 weaknesses. Also I love that counter works on hp grass to eliminate zapdos. (Which I actually only learned during this run lol)

1500-1600 was Psychic, and damn this mono was good. No spikes access but so many excellent mons and access to rapid spin. I used a celebi cm pass team with mixed meta for shambles cores and sub salac medicham. Jinx lead is disgusting honestly and often makes people play bad immediately cause of the fear of being slept. A lot of people tried bringing in their blissey to absorb it but Jinx easily sets up on blissey if sleep is available. Also a single cm pass to stamie can win a lot of games which is nuts. Only issue with psychic is that lum Dd tar can straight up end you if you aren’t careful, but honestly it didn’t happen much.

Hi I am proud to say I got the gold monotype achievement with my all water team! It was super fun and I basically climbed to the same elo as my main account, I guess sometimes easy to play cheese teams just get results!
