Custom avatars are only available to people who attain Global Driver or higher on Pokémon Showdown, or by certain contributions on this website. Sadly they're not available to standard users.

They were missing because their old avatars were overwritten and were uploaded to the same username. Generally they add a number to the avatars but these were special cases, I guess. Thank you for including the sprites and letting me know about them. They have been added now!
