I'm actually starting to think that everyone lost interest. I haven't seen activity here for like a week!
Uh, it's actually because I'm a horrible waste of human flesh and have been putting this off for like a month. However, I will deal with this tonight, assuming I have time after I'm done reading the entire Bhagavad Gita.

At long last, last slate's selections!

Growlithe line: MegaFlareon's Ice/Dark

Bellsprout line: JES's Grass/Electric

Shuckle: ParadoxEngine's Grass/Poison

Skarmory: AlexArthur's Flying (Needs fixing! AlexArthur you can't add or subtract more than 30 from each stat, so please adjust them back into an acceptable range, thanks!)

Nincada line: SOL1D G0LD's ... uh... Bug/Fighting/Dark/Psychic (Yo where the description at)

Drifloon line: Squawkerz's Electric/Fire

Skorupi line: Vanillish Wafer's Electric/Fairy/Dragon

Ducklett line: G-Luke's Water/Ground

Elgyem line: PoisonSearch's Bug/Steel
Edit: Archived, and new slate is up! It's smaller this time, but don't let that discourage you!

Will be archived soon, and next slate will come too, though maybe not tonight since I have more homework that needs doing.
Arcanine is Ice/Dark tho. Growlith is only Ice

Pokemon: Alolan Clauncher
New typing: Ground
New abilities: Arena Trap
New stats: 30/73/62/28/63/74(-20/+20/0/-30/0/+30)
New/removed moves:
- Muddy Water, Water Pulse, Surf, Venoshock, Sludge Wave, Sludge Bomb, Scald, Icy Wind, Ice Beam (-9)
+ Sand Attack, Sand Tomb, Dig, Drill Run, Cross Chop, Mach Punch, Revenge, Play Rough, Night Slash (+9)
Flavor/Design: Clauncher struggled to thrive in the waters with the tough competition of all the fish there. So, it moved out and onto the beaches, where it roams and digs in the sand, resembling that of a sand crab. With digging, Clauncher's claw became a lot stronger, which changed it's primary attack method to physical, and this gave them the ability Arena Trap, since they can trap their opponents in with digging. While they have fine defenses, Alolan Claunchers are smaller than the regular, which lowers their hp.

Pokemon: Alolan Clawitzer
New typing: Ground/Fighting
New abilities: Moxie
New stats: 41/103/88/90/89/89(-30/+30/0/-30/0/+30)
New/removed moves:
- Muddy Water, Water Pulse, Surf, Venoshock, Sludge Wave, Sludge Bomb, Scald, Icy Wind, Ice Beam, Shadow Ball(-10)
+ Sand Attack, Sand Tomb, Dig, Drill Run, Cross Chop, Mach Punch, Revenge, Play Rough, Night Slash, Close Combat, Bulk Up, Superpower, Iron Head, Arcrobatics, Shadow Claw, Posion Jab, X-Scissor, Storm Throw, Dragon Claw, Zen Headbutt (+20)
Flavor/Design: Clawitzer, going from a special attacking shrimp pokemon to a sand crab-like pokemon with a very strong digging claw, gains even more speed and gains even more attack. It's giant claw provides many devastating attacks, and gets even stronger whenever it defeats an opponent. While this pokemon went from tough competition in the waters, it now is the king of the beaches, and can dominate most competition it has.

Hey Rasdanation, we actually choose which mons you submit for, in a slate. MacChaeger should be posting the next slate soon, and then you pick from among those. Sorry for any confusion!

Never mind I'm dumb and didn't notice the new slate!

18:16Vanilla going to make an Alolan Paras line for a Pet Mod, give me a type combination
18:17Agender_Nerd bug/water
18:17Maxim_6 how about...Rock/Normal?
18:17Maxim_6 maybe not that
18:17Maxim_6 Rock/Grass?
18:17FMD Bug/Fire
18:17dogfish44 Fairy/Bug
18:17Vanilla Rock/Grass sounds fun

Let's do this.
Pokemon: Paras
New typing: Rock/Grass
New abilities: Solid Rock, Guts, Rock Head (H)
New stats: 45(+10)/70/55/35(-10)/55/25
New/removed moves:
Removed: Leech Life, Hone Claws, Fury Cutter, X-Scissor, Bug Bite, Fell Stinger, Struggle Bug, Venoshock, Sludge Bomb, Round, Cross Poison (11)
New: Rock Polish, Rock Tomb, Rock Slide, Sharpen, Stone Edge, Rock Blast, Stealth Rock, Gyro Ball, Spikes, Spiky Shield, Wood Hammer (11)
Flavor/Design: Paras forced to move out of the forest. These Paras have adapted to living on mountains and as a result of being infected by mountain mushroom spores, have mutated to become Rock-types. They have tall, curved mushrooms sticking out of their back, and their bodies are covered in brown exoskeletons made of a rocky cartilage substance. They are very brave and stubborn.

Pokemon: Parasect
New typing: Rock/Grass
New abilities: Solid Rock, Effect Spore, Natural Cure (H)
New stats: 70(+20)/100(+5)/90(+10)/40(-20)/70(-10)/25(-5)
New/removed moves:
Removed: Leech Life, Hone Claws, Fury Cutter, X-Scissor, Bug Bite, Fell Stinger, Struggle Bug, Venoshock, Sludge Bomb, Round, Cross Poison (11)
New: Rock Polish, Rock Tomb, Rock Slide, Sharpen, Stone Edge, Rock Blast, Stealth Rock, Gyro Ball, Spikes, Spiky Shield, Wood Hammer (11)
Flavor/Design: Alolan Paras grow large, white mushrooms on their back when they evolve. They shed the exoskeleton around their face, exposing tender skin which can feel any predators by "feeling" their scent on the air. Alolan Parasect produce smaller mushrooms that look like rocks all over their exoskeleton, especially their claws. These mushrooms are said to cause mild synesthesia, allowing people to feel smells like Parasect. The genetic reason for this is unknown.

Purpose: Decent defensive stats of 70/90.70, Spiky Shield and a fairly powerful attack of 100 mean this Pokemon could be a good tank in lower tiers such as RU. Access to Stealth Rock and Spikes mean it could also be a dedicated lead. Gyro Ball gives it a very good way to kill fairies on switch-in and makes its low speed your friend, and with Rock, Grass and Steel coverage it can hit almost everything hard.

Don't worry, I won't mess that up again :P (Last time I submitted a Tangela line thinking that we could submit whatever we wanted. Now, I know better)

Also, I remember looking around at this thread seeing you guys consider making it so that we can submit for 2 of the evolutionary lines, have you actually implemented that or is that just still a suggestion?

Pokemon: Regice
New typing: Fire
New abilities: Flame Body (Drought)
New stats: 110(+30)/20(-30)/130(+30)/100/200/20(-30)
New/removed moves: Removed: Avalanche, Blizzard, Frost Breath, Hail, Ice Beam, Ice Punch, Icy Wind (-7)
Added: Inferno, Overheat, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Will-O-Wisp, Recover, Sunny Day
Flavor/Design: Regice, now instead of resembling an ice crystal, resembles obsidian, with an almost blue glow. Its magma is rumored to be at a constant 34,000 degrees Celsius, and the only thing between Alolan Regice and the total destruction of the world is its impervious obsidian-like armor, which also absorbs most of the heat. It can also still burn as brightly as ever in temperatures down to absolute zero.

Alolan Clauncher
New Typing: Fighting/Fairy
New Ability: Tough Claws
New stats: 50/53/62/58/63/44->
50/63/43/58/42/74
New/Removed moves:
- Muddy Water, Smack Down, Surf, Aqua Jet, Vicegrip, Cut, Scald, Icy Wind, Ice Beam (-9).
+Play Rough, Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam, Mega Punch, Comet Punch, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Mach Punch, Close Combat, Bulk Up, Meteor Mash, Bullet Punch, Lock On, Aura Sphere, Dynamic Punch, Focus Blast (+19).

Alolan Clawitzer
New Typing: Fighting/Fairy
Ability: Mega Launcher
New stats: 71/73/88/120/89/59-> 80/85/65/110/75/85
New/Removed moves:
- Muddy Water, Smack Down, Surf, Aqua Jet, Vicegrip, Cut, Scald, Icy Wind, Ice Beam (-9).
+Play Rough, Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam, Mega Punch, Comet Punch, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Mach Punch, Close Combat, Bulk Up, Meteor Mash, Bullet Punch, Lock On, Dynamic Punch, Vaccum Wave, Taunt (+19).

Flavor/Design: Alolan Clauncher and Clawitzer are based on the Peacock Mantis Shrimp. With its multitude of raving colours it can certainly pass as a Fairy-type (Its not the strongest argument but whatever). If you know your Shrimp lore, you will know that:
  1. They have ultra developed eyes (Lock On), capable of seeing radiation we humans can’t.

  2. They have super fast, super strong punches! They are know for, while in captivity in glass aquarians, to just break the glass with their mighty bullet punches!
Design wise their eyes pop out and their coloring isn’t stable, rapidly changing colours and giving of some light in the process. Their claws are now closer to short scythe with spikes on the outside. They’re know for being the life of the party but can get violent if carried away.

Alolan Clawitzer differs slightly from regular Clawitzer because its claw-cannon blasts are not as strong however it can rival other fighters because, while its punching is still not as powerful as something like Machamp, it punches so fast that it can create vaccum bullets from the air that it punches giving it an edge over other notable punchers (Vacuum Wave).

Pokemon: Vullaby
New typing: Fighting / Ground
New abilities: Tough Claws/Limber (Technician)
New stats: 50(-20)/75(+20)/55(-20)/45/55(-10)/90(+30) (370)
Removed moves: Aerial Ace, Air Slash, Fly, Gust, Pluck, Roost, Tailwind, Shadow Ball, Heat Wave, Incinerate, Dark Pulse, Embargo, Fake Tears, Feint Attack, Flatter, Foul Play, Nasty Plot, Snarl, Snatch, Thief, Torment (-21)
New Moves: Fake Out, Bonemerang, Bone Club, Bulldoze, Dig, Drill Run, Earthquake, Magnitude, Sand Tomb, Brick Break, Cross Chop, Double Kick, Drain Punch, Double Kick, High Jump Kick, Jump Kick, Karate Chop, Low Sweep, Mach Punch, Power-Up Punch, Superpower, Close Combat (+21)
Flavor/Design: When the Vullaby line arrived on the Alola islands they had no natural enemies there and thus lost their ability to fly. They also evolved into terrestrial predators, the "terror birds" of Alola. While still dangerous and aggressive, these diurnal predators lost all associations with the Dark type (Taunt and Knock Off are all that remains) and instead became Fighting types with powerful claws on their wings (they still keep Defog because their wings don´t disappear completely and they keep Brave Bird because Blaziken gets it, too). Now they are also part Ground-type and able to burrow through the hardest soil using the big claws on their feet. Vullaby has a red head, light brown plumage, long legs with mole-esque foot claws and instead of a skull diaper it only has some bones attached to its wings like braces.

Pokemon: Mandibuzz
New typing: Fighting / Ground
New abilities: Tough Claws/Limber (Technician)
New stats: 80(-30)/95(+30)/85(-20)/55/85(-10)/110(+30) (510)
Removed moves: Aerial Ace, Air Slash, Fly, Gust, Pluck, Roost, Tailwind, Shadow Ball, Heat Wave, Incinerate, Dark Pulse, Embargo, Fake Tears, Feint Attack, Flatter, Foul Play, Nasty Plot, Snarl, Snatch, Thief, Torment (-21)
New Moves: Fake Out, Bonemerang, Bone Club, Bulldoze, Dig, Drill Run, Earthquake, Magnitude, Sand Tomb, Brick Break, Cross Chop, Double Kick, Drain Punch, High Jump Kick, Jump Kick, Karate Chop, Low Sweep, Mach Punch, Power-Up Punch, Superpower, Close Combat (+21)
Flavour Design: Alolan Mandibuzz is the "terror bird" of these islands and much faster and physically powerful than its mainland species. Instead of carrying a bone in its "hair" this bird has a bone crossways through its nose like a stereotypical medicine man. The beak is larger and more hook-like. Instead of pink the skin of its bald head is bloody red. The plumage of the body is light brown and instead of a bone "skirt" it carries bones on its arms like braces. The legs are long with mole-like foot claws.

I 'fixed' Skarmory but honestly that restriction kind of ruins the concept given Skarmory's high base defense. The idea was it shedding the steel armour and losing most of it's defense capabilities to do a 180 on it's role. With -30, the max change I can make it's still got a very decent 110.

Cookie Butter

formerly the someone
Direct counterpart to LordBraixen 's Regice. Even half of the flavor text is a counterpart to it because I'm lazy busy.
Pokemon: Regirock
New typing: Grass
New abilities: Harvest (Regenerator)
New stats: 110(+30)/100/200/20(-30)/130(+30)/20(-30)
New/removed moves: Removed: Rock Throw, Stone Edge, Smack Down, Sandstorm, Rock Tomb, Rock Slide, Stealth Rocks (-7)
Added: Wood Hammer, Bullet Seed, Synthesis, Vine Whip, Leech Seed, Ingrain, Grassy Terrain (+7)
Flavor/Design: Regirock, now instead of resembling a lump of dry rocks, resembles petrified wood, with mossy vines around it. Its petrified logs is rumored to have been unearthed from different locations all over the globe. The only thing that lumps Alolan Regirock together is its thick moss, which is actually made up of many different types of mosses that absorb sunlight and produce energy and berries for Alolan Regirock. It's also as resistant to damage as ever, since the petrified wood is very resilient.

Pokemon: Vullaby
New Typing: Rock
New Abilities: Clear Body|Flame Body (Solid Rock)
New Stats: 100 (+30)|25 (-30)|75|65 (+20)|65|40 (-20) (370 BST)
New/Removed moves:Removed: Air Slash, Brave Bird, Defog, Fly, Gust, Tailwind, Dark Pulse, Feint Attack, Foul Play, Payback, Punishment, Snatch (-12)

New: Ancient Power, Stealth Rock, Power Gem, Rock Polish, Rock Slide, Rollout, Stone Edge, Ember (+8)

Flavor/Design: In Alola, Turtonators constantly explode to attack their victims, but as they aren't carnivorous they leave the victim's corpse behind, and after some time the meat becomes putrid. Vullabies and Mandibuzzes get attracted by this meat, and enjoy their lunch. However, the magma that comes from the volcano and Turtonator's explosios were a recurring problem for them. Slowly, the Mandibuzzes decided to make their nests nearby the volcanos and on the ground, and the Vullabies that were born slowly adapted to the terrain, and no longer fly due to eruptions. To survive explosions and the magma, Vullaby became a Rock type, now resisting both. Vullaby likes to play with embers.

As for design, the Skull Vullaby uses is now just a rock, as well as it's beak and the tips of it's claws. The part of it's skin that were pink turned into a more red color and the brown part is now a ground-like beige. The tuff around Vullaby's neck has it's tips on fire. Vullaby no longer has the feather on it's head, revealing a hard head with some cracks.

Pokemon: Mandibuzz
New Typing: Rock/Fire
New Abilities: Levitate|Flame Body (Solid Rock)
New Stats: 140 (+30)|55 (-30)|105|85 (+30)|95|50 (-30)
New/Removed moves: Removed: Same as above

New: Same as above, Flamethrower, Will-O-Wisp, Fire Blast, Magma Storm (+ 12 total)

Flavor/Design: Mandibuzz, while still flightless, can now glide using the hot air that comes out of the volcano as a boost. They go to the top of the volcano with no problem on climbing the heated rocks, and from there, open their wings and get impulse. They search for any Turtonator that is about to attack another Pokemon, and keep gliding at a reasonable distance, waiting for it's prey to get hurt as it is hard for Mandibuzz to hurt an enemy. If they don't find any, they go to a more distant area to hunt themselves. Mandibuzzes are capable of eating volcanic rocks, but they rather leave those for Vullaby as it would be harder for Vullaby to hunt. Mandibuzzes seem to like any kind of berries.

Design wise, they also loose their feather (And bone) they had on the head. The bones it has on the lower part of it's body, as well as it's beak and tip of it's claws, are now rocks. The tuff on it's neck is fully on fire now. The collors don't change much from Alolan Vullaby's.

I'll try to make the sprites tomorrow.

Pokémon: Registeel
New Typing: Water
New Abilities: Hydration (Drizzle)
New Stats: 80(+30)/75(-15)/150(+15)/75(-15)/150(+15)/50(-30)—>110/60/165/60/165/20
New/Removed Moves:
Removed: Metal Claw, Iron Head, Iron Defense, Sunny Day, Flash Cannon, Sandstorm, Rock Polish, Stealth Rock (-8)
Added: Surf, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Scald, Soak, Whirlpool, Water Pulse, Aqua Ring
Flavor/Design:
Registeel, now instead of resembling a ball of steel, resembles a pearl, with a crystalline sheen. Its pearl is rumored to be the result of seawater rusting away the outer casing and forming after being eaten by a Shellder. The only thing between Alolan Registeel and the thieves that would take its massive pearl is the Shellder, now fused to its body. The pearl is valued at over $10,000,000,000.

Why Flare Boost tho. It can't be burned so it's an useless ability. Also, you can't add the '+10 Overall", it must equal zero acording to the first page.

The op says that if you're giving a single-typed Pokemon a dual-typed Alolan Form, you can only add double the amount of moves you remove.
