Reserving Grass/Water Cacnea and Cacturne.

Alolan Cacnea
New Typing: Grass/Water
New Abilities: Speed Boost/ Rattled (HA)
New stats: 50/85/40/85/40/35->40(-10)/65(-20)/40/65(-20)/60(+20)/65(+30)
New moves:
+Icicle Spear (Because spikes), Shadow Sneak, Surf, Water Shuriken, Waterfall, Ice Punch, Ice Beam, Camouflage, Scald, Water Gun (+10).

Alolan Cacturne
New Typing: Grass/Water
New Abilities: Skill Link/ Analytic(HA)
New stats: 70/115/70/115/70/55-> 100(+30)/85(-30)/90(+20)/100(-15)/95(+25)/25(-30)
New moves:
+Icicle Spear, Shadow Sneak, Surf, Water Shuriken, Waterfall, Ice Punch, Ice Beam, Camouflage, Scald, Water Gun (+10).

Flavor/Design: Cacnea is based on a ninja, but not your average ninja more like this depiction of a ninja:

So it is still short and stubby but he can still do some sneaking. Alolan Canea are also comicly frightfull and get startled very easily, but don't let that fool you, they are ninja none the less! Its crown disapears and instead they get a sort of dark flower that covers its face, its arms are really stretchy and its coloring is darker with some yellow details on the spikes.

Alolan Cacturne are slightly different, they aren't ninja, they are more shoguns leading Cacturne ninjas (I know Ninjas and Samurai are different). Its hat becomes a helmet and it is constantly sitting with its legs crossed and its eyes closed relaxing strategising for a next battle. The colour scheme continious from Cacnea but its helmet is a dark shade of red instead. A few small flowers can be seen blooming on its skin and even its hat!

Edit: I just remembered! I forgot the explaination of the Water typing and how it developed into a ninja. In Alola there seems to be a Japanese-inspired area (if you look at the map), since the Cacnea there didn't find any desert that suited their preferences they decided to raid villages in anger, however they were not treated as a threat and in fact the villagers really enjoyed their presence and utility in blending in to the enviroment and stealing enemy secrets.

Their water typing comes from cacti's natural water absorbing capabilities (see: why their regular Hidden Ability is Water Absorb). This ability was taken to its limit when they had to spend a lot of days camouflaged in rainy battledfields, absorbing a lot of water.

Competitively, Cacnea-A is a fast attacker that can be either physical or special, it can certainly be threatning with Speed Boost, a solid defensive typing and good stab options plus boosting moves. However it has a serious problem with priority and while it waits to have it speed raised.

Cacturne-A reverses that role by having it be a slow attacker. It has a dreadful STAB Skill Link Water Shuriken but it comes down from its weaker attacking stat, altough it can mitigate that with Swords Dance. It can also be really annoying with a Nasty Plot set with Scald and Analytic.

Pokemon: Cacnea
New typing: Bug/Dark
New stats: 50/65(-20)/60(+20)/65(-20)/60(+20)/35
New/removed moves:
Removed: Absorb, Cotton Spore, Energy Ball, Giga Drain, Grass Whistle, Ingrain, Leech Seed, Magical Leaf, Needle Arm, Seed Bomb, Solar Beam, Synthesis (12)
New: U-turn, X-Scissor, Poison Sting.
Flavor/Design: Cacnea lives in an area where the bugs lay eggs in the plants to keep them save and has become a plant gall; due to this formation Cacnea's defenses have risen to protect the bug inside; whilst it's offenses has decreased due to the extra armor. One of his eyes turns a light green and his main colour goes from green to brown. His crown goes flat and is a dark grey. Finally, one of his arms has a stinger coming out from the point of it, showing the bug growing inside.

Pokemon: Cacturne
New Typing: Bug / Dark
New Ability: Levitate / Water Absorb
New Stats: 70 / 120 / 50(-10) / 120 / 50(-10) / 85(+20)
New / removed moves:
Removed: Absorb, Cotton Spore, Energy Ball, Giga Drain, Grass Whistle, Ingrain, Leech Seed, Magical Leaf, Needle Arm, Seed Bomb, Solar Beam, Synthesis (12)
New: U-turn, X-Scissor, Poison Sting, Poison Jab, Sludge Bomb, Bug Buzz, Quiver Dance, Toxic Spikes, Gunk Shot, Bug Bite.
Flavour / Design: The bug inside cacnea has finally grown to it's adult phase and is finally bursting out of it's shell. It's wings are growing out of cacturne's back now and the spikes all over it's body have turned a deep shade of purple. Its hat has turned royal purple and the main colour of it's "shell" turns brown while the bugs bursting out is a grayish green. It's eyes are a striking yellow in contrast to it's brown and purple colouring and it has two large spikes from it's hands.

I'll try adding a picture before 10/20/16

Pokemon: Cottonee
New typing:Grass/Rock
New abilities: Prankster|Regenerator (Magic Guard)
New stats: 70 (+30)|17 (-10)|60|37|60 (+10)|33 (-30)
New/removed moves:
Removed: Cotton Guard, Cotton Spore, Charm, Fairy Wind, Dazzling Gleam, Dream Eater (6)

New: Stealth Rock, Power Gem, Ancient Power, Shell Smash, Rollout, Earth Power (6)

Flavor/Design: Instead of cotton, the Cottonee from Alola have a coconut shell as their form of protection. It's body has a rocky structure while the top and bottom of what used to be cotton are two halves of a whole coconut. It's leafs resemble that of a coconut tree's. Alolan Cottonee usually hang out on top of trees, as they love the sun. Once Alolan Cottonee is given a Sun Stone, it will evolve into Alolan Whimsicott.

Pokemon: Whimsicott
New typing:Grass/Rock
New abilities: Prankster|Regenerator (Magic Guard)
New stats: 90 (+30)|37 (-30)|95 (+10)|77|95 (+20)|86 (-30)
New/removed moves:
Removed: Cotton Guard, Cotton Spore, Charm, Fairy Wind, Dazzling Gleam, Dream Eater, Moonblast, Hurricane, Psychic (9)

New: Stealth Rock, Power Gem, Ancient Power, Shell Smash, Rollout, Synthesis, Clamp, Batton Pass, Earth Power (9)

Flavor/Design: Much like it's Pre-Evolution, Alolan Whimsicott has a coconut as form of protection. Although, now the coconut is more like a shell it can close whenever it wants, even if it looks like it's only halk of a coconut on it's back. It's horns have two small holes capable of creating Coconut Juice from the left one and offer Coconut Water from the right one. The horns are now less curly in order to do so. Whimsicott's body seems like it's a rocky structure, much like Cottonee's. Alolan Whimsicott are gentle to people around them and normamly hang around in beaches.

Pokemon: Alolan Bidoof
New typing: Steel
New abilities: Tough Claws/Overcoat/Strong Jaw(Hidden)
New stats: 70/55/50/15/40/20(+11/+10/+10/-20/0/-11)
New/removed moves:
- Amnesia, Blizzard, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Grass Knot, Thunder Wave, Charge Beam, Icy Wind, Rain Dance, Water Sport (-12)
+ Fire Fang, Ice Fang, Thunder Fang, Iron Head, Nuzzle, Bite, Crunch, Low Sweep, Metal Claw, Shadow Claw, Night Slash, Cross Chop (+12)

Pokemon: Alolan Bibarel
New typing: Steel/Fighting
New abilities: Tough Claws/Overcoat/Strong Jaw(Hidden)
New stats: 100/95/80/45/60/50(+21/+10/+20/-30/+0/-21)
New/removed moves:
- Amnesia, Blizzard, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Grass Knot, Thunder Wave, Charge Beam, Icy Wind, Rain Dance, Water Sport, Water Gun, Water Pulse (-14)
+ Fire Fang, Ice Fang, Thunder Fang, Iron Head, Nuzzle, Bite, Crunch, Low Sweep, Metal Claw, Shadow Claw, Cross Chop, Night Slash, Counter, Bug Bite (+13)
Flavor/Design: Regular Bidoof and Bibarel love gnawing on rocks and trees, and their Alola forms do love the same. Although, the tend to gnaw on Alolan Exeggutor more than anything else. When they originally did this, the Alolan Exeggutor would retaliate with it's overpowering dragon and grass moves. They adapted to this, with their fur becoming more metallic, which many compare to steel wool. This allowed them to resist Alolan Exeggutor's attacks. They also have higher defense and attack stats, since they can take physical hits from Alolan Exeggutor more easily and deal power attacks to defeat them. Although they had a raise in those stats, their steel-like fur slows them down, and does not allow them to move as fast, and can't take special attacks very well. Along with this, they adapted to not use special attacks as much, which is caused by the fact that they don't need those types of attacks when fighting Alolan Exeggutor. Alolan Bibarel gains the Fighting type too, which goes along with it's increased attack stat.

Porygon
Type: Steel/Ghost
Abilities: Cursed Body/Download/Analytic
Stats:
65/60/70/85/75/40—>80/50/85/75/85/20 (+15/-10/+15/-10/+10/-20)
Moves Removed: Sunny Day, Solar Beam, Electroweb, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Icy Wind (-6)
Moves Added: Astonish, Shadow Sneak, Confuse Ray, Curse, Destiny Bond, Grudge, Phantom Force, Iron Head, Magnet Bomb, Iron Defense, Metal Burst (+12)

Description: Alolan Porygon live inside stolen Pokédexes, but their ghostly bodies surround this base in a form similar to that of regular Porygon, using the Pokédex as a head. The largest difference is in their coloring—Alolan Porygon are steel gray and purple instead of red and blue. Alolan Porygon can leave behind their Pokédexes for a short time, but cannot go far lest they start to fade away. This effect is more noticeable in the sun.

Flavor: After the events of a terrible accident in an Alolan lab involving some malware, a Pikachu, and some expensive fried equipment, an Alolan Porygon was trapped inside a hard drive and left out in the trash. After five years, that Porygon had driven itself insane, and became able to manifest itself outside its hard drive. With its newfound abilities, it levitated itself back to the lab and destroyed all the information there and created more Porygon. Rotom were called in to deal with the Porygon, but they managed to escape, taking over Pokédexes* and hiding out, waiting until they can come back for vengeance.

*This is why Alolan Pokédexes have Rotoms inside them, to prevent Alolan Porygon from taking them over and replicating.

Porygon2
Type: Steel/Ghost
Abilities: Cursed Body/Download/Analytic
Stats:
85/80/90/105/95/60—>100/70/105/95/105/40 (+15/-10/+15/-10/+10/-20)

Moves Added: Astonish, Shadow Sneak, Confuse Ray, Curse, Destiny Bond, Grudge, Phantom Force, Iron Head, Magnet Bomb, Iron Defense, Metal Burst (+12)

Descrption: Alolan Porygon evolve into Alolan Porygon2 when they attach their Pokédex body to a a hard drive to add processing power. Their appearance varies little from regular Porygon2, but they are able to further venture from their electronical body than their pre-evolution.

Porygon-Z
Type: Steel/Ghost
Abilities: Adaptability/Download/Analytic
Stats:
85/80/70/135/75/90—>100/110/65/140/60/60 (+15/+30/-5/+5/-15/-30)
Moves Removed: Sunny Day, Solar Beam, Electroweb, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Icy Wind (-6)
Moves Added: Astonish, Shadow Sneak, Confuse Ray, Curse, Destiny Bond, Grudge, Phantom Force, Iron Head, Magnet Bomb, Iron Defense, Metal Burst (+12)

Description: To evolve, Alolan Porygon-Z attach a variety of circuits and other electronics to build up more processing power. This makes their body more delicate, but the power increase is very noticeable. Their coloring continues the gray and purple look.

MacChaeger, is the +5 to Porygon-Z's SPA okay when I also increased its attack to close to 50 point gap? I might make a few edits to this, but if guys have thoughts, let me know.

The point of the gap rule is to stop someone from taking points out of the lower attacking stat and putting them into the higher attacking stat, so if you're increasing both of them, I see no problem with that. For the record, simply adding 1 point to Attack would not justify adding 20 points to Special Attack in this case; if the difference between the two stats was already 50 or higher, then it should only get smaller.

I'm just making sure, is mine ok? If it isn't I can change it so that Bibarel's Attack is a bit lower, but still emphasize on how much it relies on it's physical attack and not it's special.

Pokemon: Larvesta
New typing: Poison/Dark
New abilities: Poison Point/Prankster (Hidden)
New stats: 50/75/40/80/45/70 (-5/-10/-15/+30/-10/+10)

+Poison Sting, Assurance, Sludge, Sludge Bomb, Shadow Claw, Dark Pulse, Sludge Wave, Foul Play, Metal Sound (+9)
Flavor: Alolan Larvesta typically resides in dormant volcanos and only comes out at night. It can carry over three times its weight and it often steals food from local shops.

Pokemon: Volcarona
New typing: Poison/Dark
New abilities: Poison Point/Prankster (Hidden)
New stats: 85/60/65/135/120/110 (0/0/-25/0/+15/+10)

+Poison Sting, Assurance, Sludge, Sludge Bomb, Shadow Claw, Dark Pulse, Sludge Wave, Foul Play, Metal Sound, Trick Room, Night Daze (+11)
Flavor: Alolan Volcarona, like Larvesta, only comes out at night. It is extremely agile and is rarely seen by the human eye because of its quick movements. It spends its time haunting children in their sleep.

...This is the opposite of the previous case. While your submission does follow the letter of the rule, it doesn't follow the spirit. However, we've already accepted submissions like this, so I won't make you change it. However...

+Poison Sting, Assurance, Sludge, Sludge Bomb, Shadow Claw, Dark Pulse, Sludge Wave, Foul Play, Metal Sound, Trick Room, Night Daze (+11)
The Volcarona submission here follows neither the letter nor the spirit of the gap rule, which states that if a Pokemon already has 50 or more points in one attacking stat than it does in the other, you are not allowed to add points to the higher stat in a way that would increase that gap. Since Volcarona's gap is already 75 (135 - 60), you can't add points to Special Attack. Also, submissions aren't likely to be chosen if they don't have a flavor description, so I recommend adding one.

Who wants Chocolate Miltank?

Alolan Miltank
New Type
: Ground
New Abilities: Thick Fat/Sand Rush (Sap Sipper)
New Base Stats: 95/80/110/35/100/70 (+5 Def/-5 SpA/+30 SpD/-30 SpE)
Removed Moves: Stomp, Bide, Round, Echoed Voice, Dizzy Punch (5)
New Moves: Earth Power, Dig, Mud Bomb, Mud Slap, Spikes (5)
Flavor: After Miltank were imported into the Alola Reigon, they were imported into farms with Mudsdale. In these farms, the Mudsdale would attack the Miltank constantly, so the Miltank adapted to defeat them by rolling in the mud. The mud gave them an extra coat of armor, so they could take Mudsdale's powerful kicks. While doing this, their genes changed, giving them the ability to produce chocolate milk instead of regular milk. This discovery increased chocolate milk sales immensely, so chocolate miltanks were bred throughout the reigon.

Pokemon: Porygon
New typing: Grass / Ghost
New abilities: Trace / Water Absorb / Thick Fat
New stats: 60 / 90 / 55 / 55 / 65 / 70
New/removed moves:
- Magnet Rise, Discharge, Tri-Attack, Zap Cannon, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Charge Beam, Electroweb, Icy Wind, Hyper Beam, Giga Impact (13)
+ Power Whip, Wood Hammer, Leaf Blade, Energy Ball, Seed Bomb, Giga Drain, Shadow Claw Mega Drain, Absorb, Astonish Razor Leaf, Leech Seed, Sleep Powder (13)
Flavor/Design: Years ago, a large shipment full of Porygon fell into the forest, most likely never to be seen again. Supposedly, at least. Turns out that un-nature is pretty good at finding a way. Turns out they had survived... kind of. While most of them were contained in a database that tragically was destroyed in the crash, somehow they managed to transfer into the plant life that overtook the plane crash years later - coming back from the dead (as much as sentient machine code can "die"). Hey, it makes more sense than getting ESP due to pancakes. This resulted in them taking on a form with a green body, black details, leafy veins, and bugged-out, multicoloured eyes - and its legs mutated into admittedly weak claws.

Flavor/Design: Basically the same changes as Porygon.

Before I do Porygon-Z, I'd like to ask something - would it be okay if I circumvented the stat boosting/raising limit to swap its attack stats and just go from there? I'll still follow the gap rule, as I'm not trying to break everything, I just really want a full Physical Porygon line okay

As long as you're observing the gap rule, swapping attacking stats is totally fine. This was suggested before this pet mod was posted, but it didn't make it into the final submission guidelines. However, with Eevee General unfortunately gone, I guess Drampa and I run this joint now.

New stats: 105/75/105/45/90/70 --> (+10/-5/0/+5/+20/-30)
New Moves: Giga Drain, Grassy Terrain, Leech Seed, Synthesis, Grass Knot, Rototiller, Mud-Slap, Growth, Absorb, Nature Power, Light Screen, Reflect, Energy Ball (+13)
Removed moves: Milk Drink, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Hyper Beam, Rain Dance, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Shadow Ball, Sandstorm, Focus Blast, Whirlpool, Giga Impact, Thunder Wave, Rock Slide, Surf, Belch, Icy Wind, Shock Wave, Water Pulse (-19)
Flavor: In Alola, Miltanks have adapted to live in forests, but after living there, they actually became plant-like themselves! These Miltank produce sap from their udders, which is then used by farmers to make syrup. This syrup is used both for sweet and fluffy round pancakes, as well as for medicine, as the syrup can help cure a variety of illnesses. Alolan Miltank's syrup is so popular among people and Pokemon alike, nothing will prey upon Miltank. Because of this, Alolan Miltanks have grown plump and lazier than their non-alolan counterpart.
Design: Instead of being a bright pink, Alolan Miltank is covered in dark green leaves, with a barren spot around its udders and head. Instead of being a lovely pink, it is brown.

Just curious for future reference, would it be ok if we swapped any stats, not just attack stats? For example, swapping the defense stat with the speed stat or attack stat with the hp stat.

Pokemon: Porygon
New typing: Ghost
New abilities: Adaptability / Cursed Body / Protean
Old Stats (65/60/70/85/75/40)
New stats
: (65/50/50/85/85/60)
New Moves : Shadow Sneak, Ominous Wind,Hex
Removed Moves : Electroweb,Lock-On,Recover
Flavor/Design
: The hackers of the Alolan region were able to modify a batch of Porygon destined to be released into the wild. These Porygon gained extra powerful abilities that are very uncommon among the Pokemon in the region. The ghostly type alluded to their own shadowy actions. Porygon's blue parts are now a deep purple, they are almost transparent. In addition the pupils of Porygon's eyes appear in different shapes, a sort of signature of the hackers that made them.

New stats
: (80/65/70/110/100/70)
New : Shadow Sneak, Ominous Wind,Hex
Removed Moves : Electroweb,Lock-On,Recover

Flavor/Design
: Having evolved these Porygon2 are much more ghostly the pink parts are almost transparent while the blue parts retain the deep purple of Porygon. It's tail retains the angluar shape of Porygon. The eyes again retain a signature styling of the hacker group.

Pokemon: Porygon-Z

Removed Moves : Electroweb,Lock-On,Recover
New : Shadow Sneak, Ominous Wind,Hex, Rapid Spin, Topy-Turvy
Flavor/Design
: Porygon-Z is made up of 3 ghostly limbs that wizz around it around it at high speeds. The dubious upgrade seems to have had some sort of incompatibility with the hacker's modifications. It's head is permanently upside down with a dubious looking yellow grin.

The three removed moves are representative of the Porygon's inability to correct the hacker's modifications. Leaving it unable to utilize it's most data(y) type moves.

Note : Changed Wonderguard to a still thematic but obviously not suspect ability. Cursed Body represents how Pokemon, particularly other data based pokemon can become corrupted by contact with these hacked Porygon.

Porygon's blue parts are now a deep purple, they are almost transparent. In addition the pupils of Porygon's eyes appear in different shapes, a sort of signature of the hackers that made them.

Pokemon: Porygon2
New typing: Ghost
New abilities: Adaptability / Wonderguard/ Protean
Old Stats : (85/80/90/105/95/60)
New stats
: (80/65/70/110/100/70)
New : Shadow Sneak, Ominous Wind,Hex
Removed Moves : Electroweb,Lock-On,Recover

Flavor/Design
: Having evolved these Porygon2 are much more ghostly the pink parts are almost transparent while the blue parts retain the deep purple of Porygon. It's tail retains the angluar shape of Porygon. The eyes again retain a signature styling of the hacker group.

Pokemon: Porygon-Z
New typing: Ghost
New abilities: Adaptability / Wonderguard/ Protean
Old Stats : (85/80/70/135/75/90)
New stats
: (80/85/50/135/85/100)

Your Porygon is Ghost type, and Ghost type only has two weaknesses. In combination with Wonder Guard it only has two ways to have any direct damage dealt to it whatsoever. Get what I'm saying here? Also, it has a pretty nice Speed tier in 100, and with 135 base Attack, means it can easily destroy some of the slower Dark and other Ghost types, such as Bisharp and Aegislash, with Nasty Plot and Agility allowing it to outspeed everything else. Also, your fusion in general is pretty broken, because Protean with PZ's wide movepool and high Special Attack. Also, you added too many moves, you're only supposed to add as many moves as you removed if you keep it single typed.

Let me explain why I think the movepool change restrictions are terrible. In general they work because when you are changing types you can remove the moves of the type you are are removing (or similar typed moves like Rock/Ground and Water/Ice) but with something like Porygon's line the movepool is very diverse and there isn't anything in my opinion that is thematically relevant to remove. It doesn't allow for leeway in adding/removing moves because of the Pokémon theme Even the 3 moves I did remove were simply to appease the concept, these again were chosen to fit in with the theme of hacking a Porygon to be more powerful but having some negative consequences as a result.

I could remove things like Sunny Day , Rain Dance , Swift , Giga Impact , Iron Tail , things it would never use but there's no reason to remove them. The adaptation of Porygon that I've imagined has no reason to lose the ability to use these sorts of moves. I cannot just remove Normal moves as most of them are things most Pokémon would get.

While the moves I've added, and I've been rather restrained here given what I was considered, are all thematically relevant. While Porygon already gets Shadow Ball these give a better variety of STAB and with Porygon-Z are to fit the glitched out appearance.

Porygon's movepool is relatively wide, and that's the reason Protean was chosen. You've got Ice , Dark , Electric, Normal,Psychic,Bug,Ghost without getting too stupid with move choices (Iron Tail, Solarbeam).

I may change Wonderguard, I usually edit my mon after the first time I post it but I do think it's thematic. It's the sort of ability people would hack on to a Pokemon

Most of our restrictions are designed to prevent you guys from making things that are incredibly overpowered. If we don't have something that stops people from giving any move and every move, or infinitely minmaxing stats, we'll be getting submissions that are designed to be as strong as possible, and wouldn't fit in any reasonable ou (or even uber) environment. These are supposed to be more realistic than excessively competitive.

Keep in mind the only current thing with Wonder Guard has 1 HP and 5 weaknesses, along with bad other stats besides a middling at best attack stat.

I get that viewpoint but I think there's a big difference from putting an extra flavour move on something and giving it a wide array of coverage moves. The move restrictions are needlessly restricting for allowing fringe designs. Similarly the stat restrictions don't allow 180-ing a Pokémons role. I feel the restrictions being quantised as such is a fundamental flaw that prevents interesting and creative designs however I also see the need for guidelines to prevent ubermon3.0 from being every submission.

Pokemon: Larvesta
New typing: Fairy/Dark
New abilities: Wonder Skin (Illusion)
New stats: 55/55(-30)/65(+10)/70(+20)/65(+10)/50(-10)
New/removed moves:
Removed: Flare Blitz, Will-o-Wisp, U-turn, Bug Buzz, Ember, String Shot, Leech Life, Flame Charge, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Overheat, Incinerate, Struggle Bug, Morning Sun, Signal Beam, Heat Wave (-16)
Added: Moonlight, Cosmic Power, Fairy Wind, Misty Terrain, Fake Tears, Memento, Taunt, Torment, Draining Kiss, Healing Wish, Magic Coat, Fake Out, Wish, Stored Power, Power Trick, Future Sight (+16)
Flavor/Design: The points sticking out on it are now one giant, pale blue crescent. Its eyes are now bright white, as if it is blind, and the white fluff is now a dark gray. The brown on its body is now dark purple, with a light shimmer to it. These Larvesta adapted to become more active in the night, and feed off the moonlight for energy. They use a veil of stardust to shield themselves from enemies, and tend to live near areas with anything of extraterrestrial origin, such as a crater from a meteoric impact. They often use an as-of-yet unexplained cosmic force to create disguises to protect them from any would-be predators.

Pokemon: Volcarona
New typing: Fairy/Dark
New abilities: Wonder Skin (Tinted Lens)
New stats: 105(+20)/40(-20)/95(+30)/135/105/70(-30)
New/removed moves:
Removed: Flare Blitz, Will-o-Wisp, U-turn, Bug Buzz, Ember, String Shot, Leech Life, Flame Charge, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Overheat, Incinerate, Struggle Bug, Morning Sun, Signal Beam, Heat Wave, Silver Wind, Fiery Dance, Rage Powder, Sunny Day, Overheat (-21)
Added: Moonlight, Cosmic Power, Fairy Wind, Misty Terrain, Fake Tears, Memento, Taunt, Torment, Draining Kiss, Healing Wish, Magic Coat, Fake Out, Wish, Stored Power, Power Trick, Future Sight, Moonblast, Dark Pulse, Snarl, Night Shade, Destiny Bond (+21)
Flavor/Design: Whereas regular Volcarona is thought to be an embodiment of the sun, Alolan Volcarona is thought to be an embodiment of the moon. Its wings emit a soft white glow, reminiscent of moonlight. Its main body is pitch black, like the night of a new moon without stars. Its eyes are white, like its pre-evolution's. Its antenna things are now white, long, and relatively floppy, paralleling the moon rabbit of Chinese folklore to some degree. Unlike its pre-evolution, it no longer needs to use illusions to disguise itself, and unleashes its lunar wrath on anything that tries to go after it.
Guess that going Fairy is an obvious route to go with Volcarona. I immediately thought of doing just that, but had my own inspiration:

Actias Luna: the Luna Moth

Beautiful, aren't they?

Not to mention too cute!

And now, for the low, low price of choosing my version over everybody else, you can now own of these little cute beasties in your pocket!

Edit: I will be filling and updating this as time permits. Be sure to check back before making a decision concerning which Monster Moth you like best!

Now, let us meet the Lunactias family!

Alolan Larvesta (A.K.A. Cutiefly's got competition!)
New Typing: Bug/Fairy
Removed Moves:
Ember, Fiery Dance, Fire Blast, Fire Spin, Flame Charge, Flamethrower, Flame Wheel, Flare Blitz, Heat Wave, Incinerate, Morning Sun, Overheat, Sunny Day
Net loss: 13

New moves: Cosmic Power, Dazzling Gleam, Draining Kiss, Fairy Wind, Moonblast, Moonlight, Psychic, Rain Dance, Stored Power
Net Gain: 9

New abilities: Magic Guard; Filter (likely hidden ability),

New Stats:
55/55 (-30)/85 (+30)/49 (-1)/55/61 (+1)

Bonus Suggested Moveset Round:

Timid, Modest, Careful, or Calm (probably best to go defensive)
eviolite
Cosmic Power
Moonlight
Will-o-Wisp/Toxic/Moonblast
Bug Buzz

Basically, more or less raise Larvesta like this, because he will operate better defensively than offensively with a 49 base Special Attack.

Alolan Volcarona (A.K.A. Lunactias)
New Typing: Bug/Fairy
Removed moves: Ember, Fiery Dance, Fire Blast, Fire Spin, Flame Charge, Flamethrower, Flame Wheel, Flare Blitz, Heat Wave, Incinerate, Morning Sun, Overheat, Sunny Day
Net loss: 13

New moves: Cosmic Power, Dazzling Gleam, Draining Kiss, Fairy Wind, Moonblast, Moonlight, Powder, Poison Powder, Psychic, Rain Dance, Sleep Powder, Stun Spore, Stored Power
Net Gain: 13
New abilities: Magic Guard; Filter (hidden ability),
New Stats:
85/30 (-30)/95 (+30)/134 (-1)/105/101 (+1)

What I would like (a BST of 600, to make him a true Pseudo, even though adding 50 BST is against the rules):
85/60/100 (+35)/134 (-1
(same as Dragonite in Attack, 'cause what's good enough for D-Nite is good for any other Pseudo)115 (+10)/104 (+4)
This would make Alolan Volcarona a true Pseudo. Sure he looses a little Special Attack, but makes up for it in Defense, Special Defense, with a small Speed boost.

Information: Much like how Volcarona is a a symbol of the Sun, like Sinnoh's Cresselia, the Alolan relative of Volcarona is a symbol of the moon. One full nights spring nights, they will gather to breed. They are attracted to artificial lights, and due to being powerful, trainers often use this opportunity to add them to their collection. This has impacted their population numbers. In order reduce over-capture, breeders have started to breed these Volcarona they own in captivity, and offer their eggs and hatchlings to trainers in order to discourage the further reduction of the wild population.
Lunactias however are considered almost pseudo-legendaries, and are quite capable of defending themselves. Unprepared trainers can find quite a challenge on their hands, and they don't go quietly into their balls. To capture one is considered a right of passage towards becoming an ace trainer. To raise their sometimes stubborn and often slow growing larva is considered even more so, and raise one successfully into their adult form is considered to be a sign that a trainer is well on their way to joining the ranks of the elite ace trainers.
Unlike Volcarona, who trails embers with every flap of their wings, these leave a trail of ethereal blue-green particles (think propulsion trails left by Gundams and related vehicles from Gundam 00). Volcarona also constantly emits a blue-green energy field when threatened, which acts a little bit like a natural Safeguard and Light Screen or Reflect. They can also use the power of the moon to heal themselves. Under a full moon, they can repair their wings even if 80% of it is damaged or completely destroyed in battle, though it typically takes an entire night to do so.

Design: The wings are completely different, shaped much like the Luna Moth. Coloration also matches the Luna Moth in many ways.
The eyes are black, while the antennae are a light orange, and rather than being on the sides of the head, like ears, they come from above the eyes. The head, much like the real thing, is white, with light orange in the middle, while the bottom is a beige coloration.

The legs are bigger, longer, and there are six of them, like the real thing. Their abdomens are more oval in shape (as opposed to that weird shape), mostly white, with green stripes in between.

In other words, you wish you had this in ORAS for the contests.

And Larvesta is now green. Really green. And the white fuzz has been replaced by fine hair-like spines (which are totally harmless). Larvesta also has a longer body like a real caterpillar, because I say so the lower part of the body is where they store energy for evolution, and power gained from the environment. If the body is injured, it cannot summon a Moonblast. Fortunately, that is what Moonlight is for. Unfortunately, they still have that face, as opposed to a real cute caterpillar face, because that would be too much of a change for me to justify.

Shinies have more of a light blue-green coloration.

Bonus Movesets Time:

Volcarona now has a new arsenal of moves to replace the ones it has lost. It has better Defense, and has a number of sweeper options.

Neo Classical Quiver Dance Set:
Timid or Modest
Magic Guard or Filter
@Leftovers/Life Orb
Quiver Dance
Bug Buzz
Moonblast
Roost

Defensive Sweeper
Bold or Calm Nature
Magic Guard
@Leftovers/Life Orb/Flame Orb
Cosmic Power
Stored Power/Moonblast/Psychic
Bug Buzz/Moonblast/Psychic
Roost

Like Gardevior or Sigilyph, once Lunesta here sets up, there is very little that can stop it. There is the Steel, Fire (oh, the irony), Rock, Poison, and Flying weakness though, so be sure to get rid of those before you start setting up, or it'll end fast!

Edit: I think I have made my case. So, who wants their very own Pocket Monster Luna Moth?

Bonus round for fun! I've had a bolt of inspiration, so I can't quite help myself. Feel free to choose either one though, if any.

Edit: on second thought, in the interest of not violating rules, I am only leaving this as an exercise in creativity for fun. My Porygon is unfortunately not to be considered an applicable entry.

Story time:

At the hight of the war between Team Rocket and the Allied International Police forces, Porygon's coding and form was modified further to create what was essentially a war machine. When used in battle against Interpol, their ruthlessness and power was devastating. Never before had their been a Dark/Electric type. In order to further their effectiveness, air battleships were constructed to transport them to battlefields to be used against Interpol and trainers who got in the way. They have a nasty tendency to become more destructive the more damage that is done to them. In one disastrous battle, a whole city block was destroyed, courtesy of the controlling Team Rocket agent being liberal with Nasty Plot, and an Interpol officer causing grievous, but ultimately, insufficient damage to the Porygon in question, partially due to Recover. These were also programmed to Self-Destruct upon capture (permanently) should they be captured, in order to keep them from falling into the hands of those who might use them against Team Rocket. Executives also were given codes, who could activate them remotely, should these Porygons either break their programmed loyalty to Team Rocket, or a member of Team Rocket who owns one decides to turncoat. However, Team Rocket did sell these on the black market to willing trainers. Unfortunately, trying to remove or alter this programming will also trigger the Self-Destruct, even if the Porygon doesn't want to (or even in fear of it's life, which is exactly what happened to one poor Porygon who befriended a trainer who decided to join in the fight against the criminal organization after his father was killed in action), so they can never be used against anyone who possesses these codes.

During a battle over a base in Alola, one of these air battleships was downed in battle over a forest base. However, attempts to retrieve these dangerous Porygon derivatives was most difficult due to radiation from the battleships (they used nuclear reactors), and a programmed hostility towards anything that wore a badge. Time passed, and they replicated, a quirk of the Z-Programming. Their programmed loyalty was not passed on, due to breeding these Porygons not being a contingency the leadership thought of, since they could just be programmed and manufactured, and a lack of exposure to the organization that created them. Unfortunately, they apparently did make sure the Self-Destruct feature was. It however is possible to breed the programming out of existence by breeding these Porygons with programming specifically meant to cancel it out while the egg is developing. Overtime, even though originally known as Rocket Porygons, they are known colloquially as Alolan Porygons in the region.

Hunting for these Porygon is dangerous, due to the radiation from the downed airship, and because of being battle born aggressive Dark types that will not hesitate to kill anything that attacks them. But their abilities in battle, even when toned down to a non-lethal safe mode, are considered worth the risk by ace trainers looking to improve their team with ample fire power.

Their Special Attack is unchanged, due to being already ample. It is their aggressiveness and added toughness that makes these Porygons different from their original Silph Co kin.

Physically, these Porygon are the same, but gone is the cotton candy color scheme. They often have either a camouflage coloration, or blend into their environment when not in use. In neutral, the pink is black, while the blue is a royal red.

Well, that's nice, we have an unknown amount of time left and we already have at least one submission for each line!

Also, just a suggestion/request, could you possibly put the amount of time a slate would last on the post with the slate?

It's calmer and less of a prankster than other Whimsicott, but it still likes to do things such as raining on a Ribombee from time to time.
I don't like the 4x weakness to Electric, but that line is just priceless. You have to read Ribombee's bio to understand it, but once I did, well, hahaha, I got a good laugh out of it!

Discussions on slated mons have had deadlines the last 2 times at least. Current slate is set to send on the 20th. Viewable in the slate post itself. There's an unknown amount of time of deliberation of slates between each however.

Wait, they have cocoa beans in their bodies? Sorry, can't help but point out the biological absurdity here. I'd suggest changing that somehow, someway, that sugar or glucose from Alolan Miltanks (maybe from an experimental sugary diet, such as fruit) gets into the lactose (milk), making it even sweeter. Though I know of no way for lactose to become brown naturally.
