Flags: Dance, Heal, Mirror, Protect
What Separates it from Other Forms: Calm Mind or Specs user with good coverage and a custom STAB that provides recovery. Necro Dancer can turn it into a strong cleaner if the enemy team is sufficiently weakened.

Here is another major Pikachu slate, but here is the catch! You can't repeat a typing more than twice. That means you can't sub more than 2 Electric type Pikachus in this slate. This should help with the increasingly slim type diversity we have at the moment. Good luck!

The reason there's no Johto Pikachu is because the Pikachu types were each based on the different regions that Ash went to. He only just started changing his hat styles come Gen 3, but he wore the same hat in both the Kanto, Orange Islands, and Johto seasons of the anime. Therefore, no Johto Pikachu form. Also why it's not called "Pikachu-Kanto" and instead called "Pikachu-Original".

Same deal with Ana, all of these Pikachu forms can hold Light Ball unless specified otherwise.

New Pokémon Name: Pikachu-Nostalgia (Original) (cannot hold Light Ball)
Stat Changes: 65 / 95 / 60 / 105 / 90 / 105 (520)
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Rock Head, Refrigerate (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any):
+Double Edge, +Extreme Speed, +Rapid Spin...
+Focus Blast, +Hyper Voice...
...
...
...
...
What Separates it from Other Forms: We had an Electric/Normal Pikachu in OG Alt but this version of that type is actually completely different. Electric/Normal/Dark coverage is practically perfect coverage and Rock Head synergizes exceptionally well with Volt Tackle so this rounds out Pikachu, and alongside added moves in Double Edge and now STAB Fake Out and Extreme Speed Pikachu becomes a threatening wallbreaker. On the other hand, Refrigerate sacrifices vital STAB for vital coverage, which allows it to hit Ground-types and Grass-types for super effective and gives the aforementioned Fake Out and Extreme Speed a bit of additional oomph. Electric/Ice is an excellent dual STAB, and Refrigerate kinda makes this "Electric/Ice lite", so its still strong but be wary that Pikachu-Nostalgia will no longer be able to use its STABs. Think of it like the AAA Pikachu set that ran Refrigerate for coverage. It's also gonna be nice for the future Ground/Flying type that will soon rule this meta in the near future.

New Pokémon Name: Pikachu-Tactic (Kalos) (cannot hold Light Ball)
Stat Changes: 90 / 100 / 120 / 100 / 50 / 20 (500)
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Comatose, Analytic (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any):
+Gyro Ball, +Iron Head, +U-turn, +Zing Zap...
+Energy Ball, +Flash Cannon...
+Defog, +Moonlight, +Parting Shot, +Spikes...
...
-Extreme Speed...
...
What Separates it from Other Forms: To celebrate Ash's best run in the anime by far (Journeys may change that) I bring to you all Pikachu-Tactic which symbolizes Ash's growth as a Pokemon trainer into somebody who is actually kinda very good at Pokemon battling. It is an OG idea I want to revive, a mon that is basically a strong physical wall with access to Analytic to prevent it from being passive and plays similarly to an offensive version of Forretress. The game plan is to set Spikes and be an excellent wall while also serving as vital role compression with access to Defog and annoying moves in Thunder Wave and Knock Off. You can choose between Comatose for stallbreaking and to prevent annoying status, or Analytic to prevent you from being passive while also synergizing well with Tactic's low speed and decent offenses.

Name: Pikachu-Tao (Light Ball compatible)
Type: Dragon/Ice
Abilities: Pressure (H: Lightning Rod)
Stats: 95/65/75/65/75/80 (BST: 455)
Movepool Changes: +Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Claw, Outrage, Aurora Beam, Ice Punch, Roost -Nasty Plot
Description: Haha, original dragon from Unova. Get it. Very funny. Pikachu-Tao gets Insane power in Draco Meteor, Aurora Beam, Thunderbolt, Surf, & Volt Switch. It has a higher Att & SpA stats than Kyurem, which its based on, thanks to Light Ball. Its slower than Kyurem & much less bulky as well. I don't know if this should be Pikachu-Original because of the original dragon pun or Pikachu-Unova because the original dragon is from Unova. I'm sticking with Pikachu-Original though.

Name: Pikachu-Sinnoh (Can't hold Light Ball)
Type: Steel/Fairy
Abilities: Pure Power (H: Prankster)
Stats: 100/200/100/30/100/70 (BST: 600)
Movepool Changes: +Pikaboost, Recover, Swords Dance -All attacking moves except Nuzzle
Pikaboost - Electric/Status/1 PP/Raises the user's Att, Def, & Spe by 2.
Description: Pikachu-Sinnoh is a mess of a pokemon that can go crazy sweeper with Pikaboost, 200 Att, Pure Power, & Struggle or Nuzzle. It also functions as a weird defensive pokemon with steel/fairy being a great defensive typing + Nuzzle, Recover, Refresh, Dual Screens, Wish, Toxic, Yawn, Thunder Wave, & Encore. Yes, this is a joke sub, but you should still vote for it.

Pikachu-Cloud with the way it is worded and presented cannot be submitted to Alternatium. This is because Alternatium is a meta that is meant to make each and every form of a Pokemon into unique Pokemon themselves. Pikachu-Cloud goes against the very nature of this mod as it is a form of a mon that ends up having even more forms via the ability. Please change Pikachu-Cloud into such a way so that it does not conflict with how Alternatium works. Thank you in advance.

Okay, thanks for telling me and I will fix it now (but actually later)

:ss/pikachu-sinnoh:
Name: Sinnohchu
Type: Electric / Rock
Stats: HP 80 | Atk 60 | Def 75 | SpA 20 | SpD 85 | Spe 90 | Total 420
Abilities: Reckless / Rock Head
Light Ball: YES
Added Moves: +Head Smash, Hone Claws, Belly Drum, Flare Blitz
Removed Moves: -Play Nice, Sweet Kiss, Nasty Plot, Charm, Tail Whip, Growl, Double Team, Agility, Light Screen, Reflect, Rest, Snore, Charm, Attract, Rain Dance, Helping Hand, Surf, Sleep Talk, Encore, Grass Knot, Flash, Swagger, Wish, Tickle, Toxic, Confide, Calm Mind, Magnet Rise, Mud-Slap, Mimic, Defense Curl, Curse (I'm not sure Pikachu actually gets all of these moves, but Sinnohchu definitely should not)
What Makes This Different: Since Volt Tackle debuted in Gen 4, Sinnohchu is built to take maximum advantage of it. With Reckless and a Light Ball, Sinnohchu’s Volt Tackle (and STAB Head Smash) hits so hard that neither Sinnohchu nor its target will survive. To ensure Head Smash hits, Sinnohchu gets Hone Claws to raise its Attack and accuracy simultaneously. If you feel like rolling the accuracy dice, Belly Drum is also an option, ensuring that Sinnohchu deals stupid damage and then almost certainly dies dealing out a satisfying overkill.
Flare Blitz is added so Sinnohchu can hit Grass-types super-effectively, which I want it to be able to do.
Rock Head gives Sinnohchu a bit more effective bulk since it isn’t taking recoil damage, at the cost of the immediate power of Reckless-boosted Volt Tackle/Head Smash/Flare Blitz.
Sinnohchu's sheer power comes not only at the cost of survivability, but also versatility. Sinnohchu loses most of its non-damaging moves because it's here to do one thing, and one thing only, and that one thing is hit like a speeding death truck of total destruction.

:ss/pikachu-kalos:
Name: Dollchu
Type: Bug / Fairy
Stats: 95 HP | 95 Atk | 75 Def | 50 SpA | 85 SpD | 105 Spe | 505 Total
Abilities: Oblivious / Tinted Lens
New Move: Toy Toss [FAIRY | Physical | 5 PP | 40 BP | 100 Accuracy | The user picks up all hazards on the field and throws them. Adds 10 BP for each hazard on the user's side of the field, and 40 BP for each hazard on the target's side of the field. Removes all hazards from both sides of the field. Fails if there are no hazards on either side of the field.] (Non-Contact move | Affected by Bulletproof | Spikes & Toxic Spikes only count once for Toy Toss, regardless of how many layers were set up)
Light Ball?: Nope =P
Added Moves: +Sticky Web, Bug Bite, Infestation, Lunge, Megahorn, Play Rough, Spikes
Removed Moves: All Electric moves except Electroweb, Thunderbolt
What Makes This Different: Since Sticky Web & Fairy-types both started existing in Gen 6, I wanted to make a Pikachu who combines both of those things into a single, adorable(?) package by being a Pikachu doll infested by tiny bugs. It's also a Fairy-type for some reason. Maybe it's stuffed full of Cutieflys?
Not actually being a Pikachu means Dollchu cannot use Light Ball, but it's okay because it has actual stats.
Dollchu brings Sticky Web and Spikes support on a fairly fast and reasonably strong, though not terribly bulky, Pokémon, and a typing that's okay but not great, though it does get Megahorn to make the most of its Attack stat. Dollchu also brings a unique form of hazard removal in Toy Toss, which clears all hazards through violence, increasing in power with each hazard on the field. It also gets rid of hazards you set, but those have more of an effect than hazards on your side of the field, so it has some reward if you put this knockoff mouse out after stacking a bunch of hazards.
Admittedly, Toy Toss might be a bit OP, if only because it's a Defog that does damage... but realistically it's not going to be super strong unless both sides have been stacking hazards, so it'll probably be just okay most of the time.

:ss/pikachu-alola:
Name: Alolachu
Type: Water / Flying
Stats: 80 HP | 55 Atk | 105 Def | 50 SpA | 105 SpD | 90 Spe | 485 Total
Abilities: Volt Absorb / Lightning Rod
Light Ball?: No
Added Moves: +Waterfall, Aqua Ring, Fly, Acrobatics, Air Cutter, Air Slash, Tailwind, Roost, Eerie Impulse
Removed Moves: -Thunderbolt, Thunder, Volt Tackle
What Makes This Different: Behold, a Water/Flying-type that doesn't fear Electric! That was the driving idea behind this one, honestly.
Between its only having one weakness (to Rock, granted, but it's just a regular weakness) and quite a few resistances and its solid defenses, Alolachu can act as a solid support Pikachu, spreading Paralysis with Nuzzle, debuff with Eerie Impulse, Tickle and Electroweb, and pass along reasonably-sized Wishes to a teammate.
Alolachu's utility comes at the cost of power. Its offenses are no better than a regular Pikachu's, and it can't boost them with a Light Ball, so it's stuck with weakness unless it can get multiple Nasty Plots off.

I couldn't come up with anything I liked for the others.

EDIT: Sinnohchu’s Attack has been lowered, its other stats have been redistributed a little, and Hustle has been replaced with Rock Head, trading sheet power for not dying to recoil. Also, Sinnohchu now gets Substitute.

Lush Leap: [Grass Type | Physical | 15 PP | 90 BP | 95% Accuracy | Applies Leech Seed on the opposing pokemon | Healing / Contact flags]
Removed Moves: None
Light Ball?: No
What Seperates It From Other Forms:This Pikachu is a more bulky form of pikachu, and with synthesis and Lush Leap, it can be a very good wall. It has decent speed and high attack, allowing it to pull off a banded set as well.

Name: Pikachu-Alola
Stat Changes: 55/75/50/105/75/100 (Light Ball incompatible)
Typing: Water/Psychic
Abilities: Psi Surfer
Psi Surfer:
Doubles Speed when in Psychic Terrain
Movepool Changes: - All Electric Moves + Flip Turn, Hydro Pump, Calm Mind, Psychic, Psyshock, Expanding Force, Psychic Terrain, Magnet Rise, Thunder Wave, Mud Bomb
Justification: The psychic mons in this mod are fast as fuck, notably Deoxys-Speed and Genesect-Delta. This may be sufficient enough to check both of them due to its defensive typing against Deoxys and ability-based speed boost against a Psychic Terrain setting Genesect. Used right, this mom could take the momentum away from an enemy team with these mons.

Disarming Voice, Draining Kiss
Charm, Sweet Kiss
What Separates it from Other Forms: toxapex???? anyway its a cool typing that can go physical or special

New Pokémon Name: Pikachu-World (cannot hold Light Ball)
Stat Changes: 80 / 90 / 70 / 90 / 70 / 100 | 500 BST
Typing Changes: Electric
Ability Changes: Pastel Veil / Libero
Movepool Changes (If Any):

What Separates it from Other Forms: big libero. has p good coverage but no setup so it should be ok.
I do not think the item forfeit is necessary on Kanto, just keep the Light Ball away and you good

I'd be mindful of Stakeout Ghost type. Mon seems like a genuine pain to switch a non Normal type into, as we all know how scary a decently strong sBall is, esp rn.

New Pokémon Name: Pikachu-Rainbow (Can hold Light Ball)
Stat Changes: 85/70/75/70/105/90
Typing Changes: Electric/Fire
Ability Changes: Flash Fire/Regenerator

What Separates it from Other Forms: This Pikachu was blessed by Ho-Oh because it felt like it. Competitive wise, it's budget Ho-Oh.

What Separates it from Other Forms:
I think 70+ offenses is pushing it for Light Ball holders tbh, esp when they have actual other stats to support them.

I'd scale them down to 60 at the maximum.

:ss/pikachu-sinnoh:
Name: Sinnohchu
Type: Electric / Rock
Stats: HP 75 | Atk 75 | Def 65 | SpA 40 | SpD 65 | Spe 100 | Total 420
Abilities: Reckless / Hustle
Light Ball: YES
Added Moves: +Head Smash, Hone Claws, Belly Drum, Flare Blitz
Removed Moves: -Play Nice, Sweet Kiss, Nasty Plot, Charm, Tail Whip, Growl, Double Team, Agility, Light Screen, Reflect, Rest, Snore, Charm, Attract, Rain Dance, Helping Hand, Surf, Substitute, Sleep Talk, Encore, Grass Knot, Flash, Swagger, Wish, Tickle, Toxic, Confide, Calm Mind, Magnet Rise, Mud-Slap, Mimic, Defense Curl, Curse (I'm not sure Pikachu actually gets all of these moves, but Sinnohchu definitely should not)
What Makes This Different: Since Volt Tackle debuted in Gen 4, Sinnohchu is built to take maximum advantage of it.
Hustle is another option for greater power, though the accuracy drop is less than ideal. Still, if you want to roll the dice, be my guest.
Sinnohchu's sheer power comes not only at the cost of survivability, but also versatility. Sinnohchu loses most of its non-damaging moves because it's here to do one thing, and one thing only, and that one thing is hit like a high-speed death truck of mutual destruction.

As was stated, Light Ball + 70+ offenses is a bit wild, but Hustle on top is wack. Evdn if the moves are actually largely inaccurare, i cant let this slide in good faith. Please remove Hustle and/or heavily gut Attack.

All of these can't hold light ball unless specified

New Pokémon Name: Pikaboo
Stat Changes: 70/115/60/60/60/130 [BST: 495]
Typing Changes: Ghost/Electric
Ability Changes: Perish Body/Infiltrator
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Poltergeist, Shadow Ball, Shadow Claw, -Extreme Speed
What Separates it from Other Forms: A true glass cannon with good STAB moves and Volt Switch to bring momentum. Ghost/Electric hits basically the whole meta.

:pikachu-original:
New Pokémon Name: Pikachill
Stat Changes: 160/50/70/70/70/40 [BST: 460]
Typing Changes: Fairy
Ability Changes: Unaware
Movepool Changes (If Any):+Dazzling Gleam, Heal Bell
What Separates it from Other Forms: Super passive cleric mon that stops sweepers and also provides a slow volt switch.

:pikachu-sinnoh:
New Pokémon Name: Pikacola
Stat Changes: 90/70/70/70/70/100 [BST: 470]
Typing Changes: Ice/Ground
Ability Changes: Hype Start: Upon switching in, this pokemon's attack and special attack stats are 1.5 times for 3 turns
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Earthquake, Earth Power, Ice Shard, Icicle Crash, Ice Beam, Bulk Up -all electric type moves
What Separates it from Other Forms: offensive mon with good STABs and a nice ability, sadly it lost volt switch.

:pikachu-unova:
New Pokémon Name: Pikachu-Lumen
Stat Changes: 80/44/70/150/70/76 [BST: 490]
Typing Changes: Steel/Psychic
Ability Changes: Static/Transistor
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Psychic, Psyshock, Flash Cannon, Meteor Mash, Psycho Cut -Calm mind
What Separates it from Other Forms: Strong special breaker that unfortunately takes super effective damage from more than half the meta and being very slow, however it can deal nuclear damage if it ever gets in.
Lumen feels like a step above our current pay grade, as the likes of weaknesses for a wallbreaker can be fixed, especially when the typing in question is so superb in a vacuum.

Giving everyone 48 hours to finish and or fix subs

Hey, I probably shouldn’t be doing this because I’m technically not council anymore, but if I can announce important events I might as well make some announce-worthy posts. That and it’s been about 130 hours since our 48 hour veto period.

Every submission other than creeperguy’s Pikachu-Rainbow was fixed, so everything except for that is legal. With that, voting can finally begin

Vote for your top 3 of the following forms:
Kanto
Hoenn
Sinnoh
Unova
Kalos
Alola
Galar (literally only ana subbed)

-we’ll try to shoot for an actual 48 hour cutoff this time

We’re about 12 hours out from votes closing, but I’d like to extend the voting period by 24 hours in advance in order to potentially gather more votes

Also note that Palpitoadchamp’s Pikachu-Sinnoh is vetoed as well, I apologize for not addressing that earlier
